Personal agradable y con buena disposicion, cuenta con buena ubicacion y las instalaciones estan en buen estado
Se solicito cambio de toallas ya que las iniciales tenian un olor a humedad, al realizar el cambio, las nuevas tambien tenian el mismo olor.
Que consulten por alergias, la opción de café era muy rica y que además dieran huevos revueltos.
Por el horario que nos tocó de desayuno, 10 am, no alcanzamos a comer frutas.
First of all, the staff was really helpfull and nice. The house itself was beautiful and we enjoyed our room and stay from the first moment on. The building has a nice history which was told upon check-in through a short tour. Yes, the place was old but in a good way. Modernisation would just kill the ambience. WiFi was fast and worked in every floor and terrace. Coffee, tea, still and sparkling water was available free 24h. Place was was and felt safe. We would definitely stay again there.
Breakfast was quite simple but good enough for start the day. Water pressure in the shower was quite low, which is understandable in a old building like this.

La habitación y cama muy cómoda, el personal excelente, amables y atentos a todas las necesidades.
La limpieza del baño de la habitación en piso 1, tenía moho en las paredes y piso de la ducha y el olor a humedad era muy fuerte, invadía la habitación. Había mosquitos.
I liked the quirkiness to it and the staff we very friendly. The rooms are large. Close to main town.
We stayed in Jack room which wasn’t underneath reception which was very noisy also the room had benches outside for people to sit on and you could smell cigarettes from outside coming into the room.

El aroma de las habitaciones es muy desagradable, la limpieza del baño la cantidad de hongos que tienen el baño es aterradora .
Nos quedamos en la habitación Carmen ,
Decidimos pagar un hotel para dormir tranquilas y descansar pero estaba muy lejos de un hotel
Parecía más ( motel ) los ruidos de la habitación de arriba estaban siendo insoportables
Si aviso a la recepción pero nada hicieron
Buscábamos un hotel fijo ya que viajaremos constante a viña pero no recomendaría el lugar.
La atención de todos los trabajadores 10 de 10, muy limpio, el desayuno muy rico muy variado, el sector tranquilo, la locomoción muy cercana sin duda volvería 😊 el restaurante muy bueno, tiene un pisco sour exquisito y la pizza muy buena 🙂
El colchon lo sentí un poco duro pero para estar unos días está bien
La instalación, la atención y muchas cosas en general
La Tabla La Blanca y el pisco sour buenos, fue lo mejor de mi estadia.
El mobiliario, ropa de cama y toallas de pesima calidad, muy usadas. La habitación "Blanca" tenia las cortinas sucias y rotas. El lugar de elegante no tiene nada, como se promociona en Booking. Pesima experiencia.
El desayuno estaba muy bueno, un poco sencillo, pero de buen sabor. El personal fue sumamente amigable y nos recomendaron lugares de interés de la ciudad. Las habitaciones son espaciosas, estaban muy limpias y ordenadas.
El lugar maravilloso ,limpio,ordenado, personal amable, cordial , muy buen ubicado del centro de viña, excelente hotel.
No tengo comentarios negativos
