The location is very nice, overlooking the river. the room is very clean and very comfortable, I loved that we could order the pillows we wanted from the pillow menu ( I have back issues and pillows can be a huge problem when travelling).Staff were lovely and friendly, the breakfast is tasty and the location of it (rooftop bar) is perfect. Mini bar soft drinks were free, and there were pastries , coffee and water available in the lobby all day. This mays sound like a small thing but on this trip we stayed in four hotels and Kivir was the only one offering free drinks, and at these high temperatures it is great to be able to always have cold water refill.

Location is perfect, right on the river by Triana Bridge and by a car park if needed

However all that is eclipsed by the amazing staff, the welcome we received at reception was so warm and friendly we felt at home straight away, and that was continued with all the staff we met, including the roof terrace bar staff.

Totally recommend..

We have stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and I can honestly say that this is one of the best we have experienced.
On arrival, we received such a lovely very warm welcome from the reception team, Teresa and David took time to point out all the attractions on a map for us, gave us some hints and tips plus a lovely chilled glass of fizz and a chocolate gift. Prior to arrival, Mar took the trouble to contact us via WhatsApp to answer any pre arrival questions, she also double checked our room requirements too. I was very impressed with this.
Our room was very well equipped, the air con was excellent and the sound proofing amazing, you could hear very little of what was going outside in such a busy City. Beds were super comfy and we slept so well.
Just off reception, the hotel provided a range of sweet treats plus hot and cold drinks all of which are free to guests. The roof top terrace also provided free drinks after 4pm along with nuts or sweets etc, a really nice touch.
Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was also excellent, a large buffet style with plenty of choice and all good quality too, a big thank you to Sergio and Maria who were always so helpful, smiling and happy. What a lovely way to start your day, overlooking the river, breakfast and a glass of fizz if you wanted it.
The location is excellent, allowing you to walk to all of the major tourist areas and attractions, a small tip, it’s best to pre book the Palace and Cathedral prior to arrival as tickets sell very quickly. There are loads of places to eat nearby, the choice is vast. Also some very cool rooftop bars around to enjoy late night cocktails, if that’s your thing.

All in all, we have really enjoyed our Seville trip very much, and a lot of that is down to this hotel and the service we received. The hotel is easily up there with the very best, but it manages to achieve that level of luxury and service without ever feeling pretentious. It’s so refreshing; the staff seem to do everything effortlessly, though I know it takes a lot of hard work behind the scenes to make it look that natural. Well done to everyone. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Seville.

The hotel is well located for a visit to Seville. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which makes such a difference. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfasts offered a lot of choice. The provision of free snacks and drinks at different times was very generous. The Skyline bar offers a great view over the river and Triana.
