Hotel Kivir

Beautiful hotel right in the heart of Seville, spotlessly clean.
Glass of prosecco on arrival was appreciated.
Daily snacks and a complimentary bar from 4pm was lovely especially when back from exploring the city in the heat.
There his a small, but adequate pool which was lovely to cool off in.
Bikes are available for free which is another great touch.
The toiletries were all Rituals ( my favourite brand)
All in all a beautiful hotel in a fabulous location, if we ever visit Seville again we would definitely stay here.

Property is in a great location especially with the views. Staff are amazing. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was the highlight!

We had the most amazing three days in Seville celebrating our 30th anniversary, and staying at Hotel Kivir made the occasion even more memorable.

From the moment we checked in, everything was superb. The room was exactly as we had requested, and the view from our terrace was simply breathtaking. Every member of staff was friendly, professional and genuinely helpful throughout our stay.

A special thank you to Thierry, who looked after us so well at breakfast and again when we enjoyed drinks at the rooftop bar in the afternoon. His excellent service and warm hospitality made our stay even more special.

If you're planning a short break in Seville, look no further than Hotel Kivir. Its location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and within easy walking distance of all the major attractions.

The room was spotless, well-equipped with everything we needed, and very quiet despite being so centrally located. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was welcoming and relaxing.

Thank you to everyone at Hotel Kivir for helping make our 30th anniversary celebration such a wonderful and unforgettable experience.

We stayed in Room 403, on the 4th (top) floor, which was a premium terrace room and although the room itself was lovely and well appointed, the position within the hotel was far from premium and possibly the worst placed room in the hotel. 
The terrace was lovely with great views across the river but also overlooked the 6 lane road below which was on a busy junction so there was constant noise from traffic and car horns. 
The room was also next door to the hotel bar and was only divided/separated by plant stands with frosted glass panels and although they blocked the view from people in the bar seeing us on the terrace, it did not stop the noise. 
The bar was noisy at night & open until 2am and the lounge area of the bar was next to our room which seemed the noisiest part of the bar when we visited. 
The bar was also used for breakfast for the guests so the only quiet time was during the day although we were out visiting the city so not sure about people having lunch. 
The cleaners also cleaned the bar at 6am and were very noisy moving furniture etc. 
We spoke to reception and they said the room was soundproofed which it was but not if you want the patio doors open or want to sit on the terrace and certainly didn’t stop the sound of the music, people or the cleaners. 
Annoyingly, when I booked the room I specifically asked for a quiet room and was given the noisiest room. 
We would stay in the hotel again as the location for the city was great, but not in a premium terrace room.

Great location. Hotel spotlessly clean. Free bar from 4-7:30 every day. Coffee/tea/cakes available for free all day. Bedrooms are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. Barman (that played basketball - Thierry) was great at his job. Would highly recommend anyone to come here. Central to everything. Great visit. Would defo come back.

Perfect location overlooking the river and the Triana neighborhood, just steps from the Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza. We were warmly welcomed by the staff, who offered us a complimentary sparkling wine and chocolates, and even offered us an upgrade from a deluxe room to a premium room for just €10 per person. The room was wonderful, spacious, with a mini-fridge, tea kettle, and coffee maker, all included in the price. The bathroom features a generously sized shower and Rituals wellness products. A variety of wellness kits are available throughout the room. The top floor features a terrace with a bar and pool, perfect for warm afternoons; a free bar is also available for all guests throughout the afternoon.
In summary, if I were to return to Seville, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I can not praise this hotel enough. It has probably been the best hotel we have stayed at and our favourite hotel. The staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful. The hotel was excellently located for seeing Seville and is exceptionally clean well decorated. It has lots of nice little extras like a self-service coffeesnacks area near the lobby which is open from midday to midnight and bicycles you can borrow. The rooms were immaculate and came with premium toiletries/robes & slippers/minibar continually restocked with drinks/coffee machine. The hotels rooftop bar overlooking the river (where you can have breakfast and drinks in the afternoon/evening) was idyllic and a wonderful start to the day.

If we return to Seville I can not imagine coming to any other hotel than Hotel Kivir. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay wonderful.

What an outstanding hotel. Staff go above and beyond but the hotel is a little gem. Firstly it smells divine, the rooms are great, with complimentary water and soft drinks. Breakfast is delicious with fizz and fresh orange juice if you want it. Upstairs bar is great, if you like g&t go for a Nordes overlooking the Seville sunset. Great central location but not noisy. Complimentary larger and soft drinks in the late afternoon noon such a lovely touch.

Central location & lovely hotel everyone was super friendly, great breakfast with plenty of choice in the morning would recommend for anyone to stay here 10/10. Free soft drinks/beers from 4pm till 7:30pm pool area was lovely to chill out after a busy day exploring.

The room and hotel was very clean , food was good, perfect location! Modern! Even it’s on the Main Street you don’t hear the street noise .
We’ve loved the free snacks coffee corner where you could grab, water , tea, coffee, juice etc .. until 11:00 PM
