Loved this hotel. The location was great. The staff, the rooms were just great.
The only thing that bothered us was that we were facing the river, and there are a handful of bars. Each night people were still partying at 4am. The hotel do provide sleep kits of earplugs and eye mask and these saved the day.
The room was clean and the staff very friendly. Check-in was easy and we were given ideas for visits and places to eat. Breakfast was excellent and the general atmosphere within the hotel was superb. There was free tea, coffee, cakes and biscuits on reception and the terrace bar staff were excellent. The hotel location was ideal and very central for all main attractions. Great value for money and would certainly recommend. Would stay here again if we ever visited Seville.
The room overlooked the back of the hotel which was just a very small street where the poor homeless sometimes camped out for the night. The evenings can get a little noisy, especially weekends, but I can't imagine that is any different in any other hotel in Seville due to the great nightlife. I think parking would be a problem so really only accessible by taxi or bus.

I appreciate the city was busy, however the terrace bar was under staffed at times in late afternoon and early evening to deal with the customers

Buenas tardes, mi habitación daba al río, tenía dos camas unidas lo que hizo incómodo dormir, y no disponía de mesa adecuada para hacer una videoconferencia que tenía programada y me tuve que buscar un ubicación fuera de la habitación , lo que me fastidió bastante.
The hotel is in a top location, perfect for exploring the area. The staff is exceptional – everyone is incredibly friendly and genuinely goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and taken care of.
The rooms are spotless, as is the entire hotel, which really adds to the overall comfort of the stay.
The rooftop bar is a highlight, with excellent service, a wide selection of drinks, and a stunning view.

Non saprei veramente cosa dire. Eccezionale in tutto. Nulla è lasciato al caso. Tornerei a Siviglia solo per alloggiare di nuovo al Kivir!
