Crowded, noisy, small indoor swimming pool for the ladies on the other hand they offer big indoor swimming pool for men :) it should be the opposite because men have big outdoor swimming pool

1. You can't order drink or shisha at the pool counter
2. They didn't allow my kids ( above 10 years and swimming well) to get into the pool without parents!

Cons:

تجربة لن تتكرر لم أجد أي روح جميلة أو ترحيب من قبل موظفين الاستقبال بالأخص الموظفة ياسمين .. فهذي تجربة مخيبة للآمال للغاية.. لم يكن الموظفون ودودين، وكان الجو العام سلبياً. ، مما ترك انطباعاً سيئاً للغاية.
لقد زرت المكان من الكويت على أمل قضاء إقامة مريحة، ولكن للأسف، جعلت الخدمة التجربة غير سارة وسوء في التعامل .. آمل أن تعمل الإدارة على تحسين خدمة العملاء .

Disappointed.
Pros:

Some of the facilities were amazing - the pool in particular which is naturally the biggest draw and it lived up to expectations.

Cons:

I was hugely disappointed in the service I received whilst staying at Al Messila. I arrived early on the day of check-in to maximise use of the facilities and was informed by reception that they would contact me when our room was ready. I received a phone call an hour later explaining that the room was now available, however when I arrived to reception I was made to wait over an hour to finally check in to the room. There was no clarification or explanation offered as to why we had to wait such an extended period of time which made matters worse. When we were finally given our key to check in to the room we were surprised to find that another guests luggage had been placed in the room instead. I returned to reception to explain this and again, no proper explanation was provided. This was obviously disappointing having already been delayed an hour for check-in. The staff apologised but no real remorse offered or even compensation. We were particularly disappointed as my wife and I had medication in our luggage which we had no idea of the whereabouts (one could only guess it had also been placed in the wrong room). The room itself was fine. Clean, comfortable and had most of what we needed. The price of snacks was extortionate and the TV had only a handful of channels, most of which were tourism advertisements and/or Arabic. No Netflix or other tv services. As stated, the pool was the biggest draw and lived up to expectations having heard fantastic things about it. My one complaint would be the lifeguards’ failure to administer rules as there were children jumping and diving into the pool splashing other guests who were trying to relax. The food at the pool took 40 minutes to arrive (ridiculous considering it was a club sandwich) and they explained there was no chips left so they provided wedges (stale and cold) instead. The bar staff were otherwise friendly and accommodating.

Pros:

* Large swimming pool and nice greenery that create a pleasant atmosphere.
* The spa was enjoyable.
* Breakfast was good.
* The larger suites seem much better and in better condition.

Cons:

* No direct walking access inside the hotel to the spa or ladies’ gym; you need to use a golf car each time, which can be inconvenient.
* Room service food was not to my liking.
* Standard rooms feel worn out and had a strange smell, especially in the bathroom.
* The air conditioning is very loud.
