Peaceful and relaxing stay in a beautiful property with excellent staff.
Pros:

The property is calm and quiet, the staff is amazing, pool stays open late, rooms are a great size. The spa is wonderful. The quiet walking path.

Cons:

Room service isn’t the best food. We’d prefer breakfast to run til 11. We were unhappy with our room view.

Pros:

The concierge staff was extremely polite. Especially Mr. Mohammed Roshan, who took us around the property and assisted us while checking in and checking out !!

Cons:

The property requires immediate refurbishment.
Bathroom doors are not shutting properly.
Leather is torn on furniture and beds.
Awful smell from kitchen sink.
Left over food waste in the water fountain from previous guest in the pool villa !!

From the moment you arrive, the resort delivers an exceptional sense of luxury, tranquillity and genuine hospitality. The beautiful surroundings, elegant design and attention to detail create an atmosphere that feels both incredibly luxurious and wonderfully relaxing.

What impressed me most was the level of service. Every interaction felt warm, professional and personal, with the team consistently going above and beyond to make the stay memorable. It is the kind of hospitality that reminds you why certain properties truly deserve to be considered among the finest in the world.

The rooms and facilities are beautifully presented, the dining experiences are excellent, and the resort itself provides the perfect escape from the pace of everyday life. It was my best getaway so far., I will be back.., again & again.

Well designed & fitted out. It has lots of areas/activities., you can spend days in the hotel without going out and you won’t be bored.
