Awesome hotel! Awesome staff!The breakfast isn't worth paying for.

The room and staff was awesome.

Cons:

The idea that I paid extra for breakfast I had to make myself. That I could have gotten cheaper at IHOP. And having to pay for three people separately. If your gonna charge for breakfast. Make it worthwhile.

Other than the poor greeting, we enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

The check in staff at the front desk was so bothered to be dealing with customers. She was really just unkind all around. We had a delay in our flight so arrived at 130 am and I called 3 hours prior to let her know of our late arrival. Upon getting to the property, she was so put out/short/dismissive. Not sure what the issue was, but it was not a warm greeting.
