The staff were kind and friendly.
Absolutely wonderful staff! Every employee we encountered was so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast staff was amazing. The only thing I would change is the pool and hot tub area. Seems a little dated small and cold. Wish it was outside so you could enjoy the beautiful ocean view and boardwalk.
The staff were so kind and attentive. The breakfast was great. The location is super convenient. The hotel was comfortable and clean.
The only negative I could see was the indoor pool was very, very cold and the hot tub was very hot and pretty small (4 people). We were there for the beach, so it wasn’t a huge deal, but if the pool was warmer, we would have utilized it more.
Location was great, board walk, beach access and restaurants in walking distance. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and breakfast was delicious.
I liked everything, I would have gave it a ten if the beds would have been more comfortable.
The breakfast and location was amazing. Easy parking. The room was great and staff was friendly (front dest kinda...) everything was great!
The view and very clean!!! Like was pleased with the cleanliness of the beds. I check mattresses etc and was pleased. My husband liked the shower. The view was absolutely amazing. Short distance to the beach. We would go to the beach right outside our room.
The 4th floor had a plumbing issue so every time we went to our car the hallway to the elevator smelled like poo.

The rooms had nice beds, but the rooms itself was just ok. We did not get the bathroom that was shown in the photos either.
Nice rooms, perfect location, friendly staff and a nice breakfast included in the price. We go to Virginia Beach quite often and this will be our "go to" place to stay.

This is our absolute FAVORITE hotel in VA Beach! The staff is so wonderful and the rooms are always clean and comfy. Can't beat the location, either!
The beds on the new metal frames make a good but of noise when tossing and turning.
Location - oceanfront and boardwalk were awesome.
The room was very clean and comfortable and staff were friendly.
Breakfast every morning was fabulous and the staff working breakfast were attentive and friendly.
The cost was a bit pricey but due to the location and time of year, I was willing to pay.
Everything was clean and neat. The staff was extremely polite. They have an excellent complimentary breakfast.
