Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer könnte einen neuen Anstrich und neue Möbel sehr gut gebrauchen. Da man nur zum Schlafen dort ist, war es für uns trotzdem sehr angenehm.

Pros:

Terrible experience as he was very threatening and room was suffering
Ac kept making sounds and they checked us in late too and highly not recommended

I had blocked toliet and forced me pay £30 and was very abusive towards my wife

The cupboard wasn't fixed in legit about drop

Don't order from this place completely avoid

There no reception or health safety

If I had died in hotel nobody would know till cleaner would come as there nobody there

Pros:

Location is good and all important landmarks are at walking distance. Property is clean from inside but beddings could be improved. No reception onsite is a big hurdle for guests like us, vising particularly for the first time. Language barrier as manger can't speak english and response from him has been poor. The rooms are not at ground level and invilve stairs. There is no lift, so shifting luggage is a problem.

Can’t get better value for money
Pros:

This review is based on value - and for the price we were delighted with our stay. The room and en-suite were clean, the shower was great, the aircon cold, and the WiFi connection fast. It is within walking distance from the big tourist draws but far enough away that you do not feel swamped with people the minute you step out the door. We were on room 2 on the ground floor, and while yes there was some noise, honestly it didn’t affect our stay. There was something quite nice about hearing the tip tap of hammers through the night from people making shoes across the street. If you do stay here try and eat at least once at the Arch Bistro just down the road. A wee bit more expensive than other restaurants but a nice treat.

Arrived at this property at 5am, they said they are moving us to another place. Walked in dark 10 minutes a run down area. Poor customer service, shady behavior. Unable to contact Expedia from Turkey as customer service number is not available. I had to call Expedia after arriving in US.
