The location was nearby shops and train station. The room has a microwave and fridge and iron board.
The room was damaged in multiple places before I checked in.
It had everything you needed for a few night stay! Close to the tubes and its around the corner from a lot of shops!
The loft had a low ceiling so we kinda had to crawl into bed but thats not much of a big problem since we only go up there for that reason anyways!
Very good value for the price. The location is very convenient, close to the metro station which takes you everywhere. The check-in process was very easy.
Unfortunately, the bathroom was extremely small, there's not enough space to sit on the toilet or to shower, there's no mirror and you have to use the kitchen's sink for everything you'd normally do in the bathroom, since there was no sink in the bathroom.
I would have liked them to have a small reception so we can leave our luggage for a few hours after check-out, but at least they offered an alternative and we didn't have to spend time searching for a solution.

Bit cramped but overall good
I often stay here when working in London. I like the fact the rooms come with a small kitchen and feel like mini studio apartments. The location is brilliant and the area is very safe. The communication is always quick and easy every time I've stayed.
The decor could do with an update but if you're willing to overlook that, then the hotel really is the best around for a quick work stay on a budget.

Amazing
A few steps up to the room but all good
- I was in room 502, third door on the left on the ground floor upon entering;
- Good price at last moment reservation 5 days before flight and check-in;
- Functional kitchenette w/ mini-fridge, utensils, kettle and microwave which made eating supermarket ready meals or restaurant to-go meals easy;
- Room is in a shady part of the building (good for summer, during my stay it was 22-24 C);
- Clothing iron, +ironing board, hairdryer and standing fan all available
- Part of the carpeting as well as grouting and tiles in shower visibly worn and aged, some stained (though place generally clean despite aging signs);
- Cracked/bubbling paint on ceiling;
- Shower cabin + bathroom erring on almost too small (even if it was fine for me, if you are wider and taller than my 65kg/167cm, the shower cabin can be bit of an issue);
- Left door of shower cabin was getting stuck and came out of the rail once, almost resulting in accident, though I managed to gingerly put it back in place;
- Window curtains somewhat hard to pull to the sides
