No me quedaría de nuevo
Pros:

Limpio, bien equipado con secador de pelo, plancha, hervidor, microondas, toallas, jabón y shampoo, calefactor, purificador, refrigerador, entre otros

Cons:

Me asignaron una habitación en el basement, que dista mucho de lo que muestran en las fotos de la publicación, muy pequeña, ducha separada del WC, no había donde dejar ropa ni las maletas. Sirve solo para un par de noches.

Cons:

需要注意酒店没有电梯，房间没厕所，一栋楼三个洗手间，我住在五楼上厕所需要下到三楼，上下跑四层楼。

Bed Bug Infestation: What You Need to Know Before Booking

My stay had both positive aspects and some important inconveniences. Most reed this

The check-in communication was good and well organized; you receive the access information in the app exactly at 3:00 pm, not a minute earlier or later. It’s important to note that there is no front desk communication is handled only via WhatsApp. The location of the studio is very good, which is definitely a big plus. The building is old, as well as the furniture and equipment, but everything is kept clean.

However, on the first day we had a serious issue: we were bitten by bed bugs, and the studio was infested. We reported it immediately, and I must say the response was excellent fast, kind, and very helpful. That same night (around 11 pm), they offered us two hotel options and relocated us for two nights, which we really appreciated. This allowed them to fumigate and clean the studio before our return.

After that, the rest of the stay (3 nights more) was comfortable and without further issues.

Overall, it can be a good option because of its location and the team’s responsiveness in handling unexpected situations, although it was definitely an experience with ups and downs.

Cons:

Although they cleaned the apartment, when we returned there was a strong smell of disinfectant, so we had to leave the window open. The cleaning was not thorough the trash was not taken out, the dishes were not washed, and the floor was not vacuumed. They should definitely be more detail-oriented with the cleaning. Also te curtains wasn’t appropriate. All light come through at night

La ubicación y el personal muy agradable pero la limpieza no tanto
Pros:

-La ubicación es muy segura y está muy cerca de la parada de metro
-el personal fue muy amable, el primer día vimos que la televisión no funcionaba y a los dos días ya teníamos una tele completamente nueva.
-El contacto por WhatsApp también fue muy rápido
-Había cocina y baño privado
-Hay un supermercado a apenas 2 minutos andando
- muy calentita la habitación gracias a los radiadores y a los nórdicos que había en la cama

Cons:

-La limpieza de la habitación dejaba mucho que desear, desde el Vater hasta la ducha y la moqueta.
-El último día nos encontramos a un ratoncito en la habitación, aunque la habitación estaba llena de cosas para espantarlas, se ve que no funcionó al 100%
-se escucha mucho los ruidos de las habitaciones que hay al rededor

Wonderful to enjoy the city without all the rush from the center
Pros:

The check in process is really smooth. The kitchenette is perfect to prepare a quick breakfast before heading to the city. The water pressure in the shower was great and the heater worked perfectly. Walking distance from Hyde park and easy to move around by bus or the underground

Cons:

Bathroom was very small and did not have a sink, so you have to use the kitchenette

Det lukta mariujana i byggnaden vid ankomst, vi kontaktas boendet och dom ville sätta in en luftrenare. Detta funkar tyvärr inte så min tjej är gravid och jag förklara för dom att vi kommer behöva byta boende. Dom var inte alls sammarbetsvilliga. Detta var en hemsk upplevelse och hoppas inte att fler blir utsatta av detta.

A run-down room in a great location.

The building is in a lovely location and I have to admit the room was at least cheap.

Cons:

Everything in the room/building was crumbling, peeling or falling apart. It was one of the lumpiest, most uncomfortable mattresses I've ever had the displeasure of sleeping on. Despite being against Booking.com policy, they demanded a £50 (refundable) deposit on top of the original cost. Then to top it all off, a member of staff barged into our room without permission while we were getting ready, 30 mins before checkout, and he terrified my younger sister.

Pros:

Good location. Easy self check in. The room was small but comfortable for a one night stay. Close to a metro line and shops.

Cons:

There’s no elevator so if you’re carrying a lot of luggage it’s not convenient to get up with. You need to give a damage deposit before your stay.

Je n’y ai pas séjourné car on a essayé de m’arnaquer
Cons:

Attention arnaque! Après avoir réservé dans cet hôtel, on m’ a demandé de scanner mon passeport ( seule, pas de réception) ça n’a jamais marché. Ils se font passer pour l’hôtel d’en face en mettant le même nom.Puis on m’a demandé une caution de 100 euros ( toujours sans avoir vu personne) et quand j’ai refusé on m’a raccroché au nez! Booking devait me contacter mais ils ne l’ont pas fait. Je n’ai donc pas été remboursée alors que je n’y ai pas séjourné. L’hôtel d’en face qui porte le même nom et où j’ avais séjourné m’a confirmé qu’il y avait déjà eu des problèmes avec des clients. A fuir!!

Bardzo korzystna lokalizacja, blisko metra (kilka minut pieszo). Na sąsiedniej ulicy dużo pubów, restauracji, kawiarni i sklepów.
Instrukcje zameldowania przejrzyste. Dla mnie na duży plus brak tradycyjnej recepcji. Pokój czysty, w miarę zadbany (wyszło 200zł za dobę i w tej kwocie było super). Prysznic w pokoju, mała kuchnia również (lodówka, mikrofala, czajnik, zlew). Jedynie toaleta była na korytarzu, ale zawsze czysta i bez problemu dostępna.

Cons:

Szkoda, że mimo wszystko obok prysznica nie udało się zmieścić małej toalety. Byłoby to duże udogodnienie. Ale wiedziałem o jej braku, więc nie jest to wielki minus. Poza tym nie widzę nic negatywnego.
