Bare bones but good location
Pros:

The location was good, and it was easy to access the building / room. The communication with staff via WhatsApp was quite good. The provision of a charging cable was nice.

Cons:

It felt like an expensive hostel because it’s quite bare bones. The bathroom handle was broken, the shower water flows quite a way out in front of the toilet, watching Netflix was a struggle due to a slow internet connection, there was only one half-empty roll of toilet paper provided, and also there was a lack of carpeting to cope with the dirty meltwater from the snow on our shoes. We ended up having to use towels to clean and felt uncomfortable walking around due to the dirt and tiny stones we brought in with us.

Pros:

住宿地點交通方便、客服親切、回應及時貼心，設備新穎、房間溫馨有咖啡、茶包、碗盤餐具組，廚房也有電磁爐、微波爐可用，整體乾淨明亮

Cons:

當日可以提早寄放行李，但是行李房較小，不過後來客服有極力解決這個問題，非常感謝

Lage des Zimmers: Souterrain mit kleinem Fenster welches man nicht öffnen konnte, hat sich ungemütlich und kalt angefühlt, Straßenbahn und UBahnhaltestelle direkt nebenan dadurch sehr laut auch nachts, Zimmer sehr hellhörig

Clean place and good help while at stay.
Cons:

Need to put maps in each room when a new person comes in. Had to walk around to find map.

進旅館前一小段樓梯要扛行李上去，旁邊就有Kmarket很方便，環境整潔乾淨，床是上下舖，浴室附有洗髮精和沐浴乳，還有洗衣房可以洗衣和烘乾，還有公共廚房和健身房，房間進入用密碼鎖，可將行李放在行李房，用旅館給的密碼開門，但行李沒有人看管，可能有被誤拿的風險

整體燈光稍微有點暗，不過還可以接受
