Room with a view
Pros:

Room with a view! On the 9th floor - 'river view' - Stayed here in July - what a cool view of the river. The room is very nice. Good ammenities. If you forget your shampoo, conditioner, body lotion - no worries - the bathroom is fully stocked ! A nice touch.
Security measures here make you feel safe.
Breakfast included. While not gourmet, it is quite satisfying. All in all, a comfortable stay and I would choose this hotel again if business brings me back this way.

Pros:

I like the area which was within walking distance to many of the historical sites. I realized I had stayed there prior a few years ago.The hotel was clean and the continental breakfast was great. The staff was friendly. The hotel charged for parking but gave us 4 hours extra.
The hotel met my needs.

Cons:

I think parking cost too much but the extra 4 hours we got offset some of the initial disappointment. The price was too much for one night. Had I planned earlier, I could have gotten a more reasonable price.

Great location, horrible front desk staff!
Pros:

Located on the water.

Cons:

The Hotel staff was terrible. They lock the basic customer service skills that are needed in a hotel like this and this property.
The front desk staff do not know how to deliver customer service or speak, respectively to customers. They have no ability to critical think or to make guest comfortable. They communicate false statements and do not know how to treat guests that are frequent stay members.

Was not worth the price.
Pros:

We liked the free breakfast, free Wifi, nice view over looking the freeway and streets outside below.

Cons:

Everytime when walking into the room 603 the first thing you notice is a foul odor. We did not like the noise of the condstant freeway traffic at night when going to sleep. It was noisy. Had to use noise cancelling headphones just to mute the sound of the traffic which made it uncomfortable to get a good nights sleep. There was some mold on the tile wall of the tub. And the metal housing that covers the hardware of the safety bar slips of if not careful getting in and out of the tub. Also, other hotel guests slamming doors going in/or out of there room. The breakfast was the same thing over and over and over and over again. The same thing every morning.
