Judah for the Win!
Pros:

After being rerouted to Philly airport from our home destination, we ended up getting a voucher and coming to this hotel. Upon arrival, we were all frazzled, trying to figure out what to do.. Judah was amazing greeted us upon entrance with a huge smile. It’s as if he sensed our anxiety about the entire situation and calmed us instantly.The airlines did not do their part, but he worked hard to get our rooms ready for us. While multitasking, he gave us eye contact a smile and pure confidence that he was going to take care us. His constant reassurance really went a long way! The world needs more people like Judah. I cannot sing his praises enough! Thank you, Judah, for making our disaster of an evening become calm!

Nagyon jó a reggeli, a szálloda jó helyen van, gyalog minden látványosság megközelithető.

Cons:

A fűtést éjszakára ki kellett kapcsolni, mert nagyon hangos volt.

The room was convenient to the Fillmore, where we saw a show

Cons:

The noise around the hotel was very loud, we had trouble sleeping due to the noise of traffic all night. Thankfully there were black out shades so we didnt see the headlights. We were also very disappointed that there was no hot water Friday night - we attempted to shower and the water never got warmer than tepid. Our friends next door also said they had no hot water.

Excellent
Pros:

My husband and myself were in town visiting family. We arrived three hours later than intended because a horrendous delay in our flights and car rental agency. We were physically and mentally exhausted by the time we arrived at the hotel. Checking in the hotel was so easy. We booked a room with a river view and it was amazing! The room was clean and stocked with coffee and coffee maker. The breakfast provided every morning is Top Notch!! Nice area to sit and eat (there is a fireplace). I don’t want to forget the staff either. The entire staff was absolutely the most friendly and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.
