1st hotels.com messed up my reservation so it took me an hour to check in. Then they gave me a room key to a room someone else was already in. That was crazy to walk in on someone. Finally I got into a room half the coffee pot was missing, the chair was stained up. I use hotels.com alot. I won't be anymore. It was ridiculous.

It was the most terrible stay I have ever experienced. I understand it is a low budget motel, but something as simple as cleanliness should not be an issue. My toilet seat was never cleaned, neither was my shower, my towels looked old and used and the curtain in my room was broken. The tv did not work and the WiFi was just as bad. I am very thankful there were not any bugs.

This room was disgusting. The floors turned my socks black and the internet didn't work at all. The AC unit was so loud that we couldn't sleep. I complained to the font desk and we were told there was nothing they could do as we booked through a third party. Very, very disappointed.

Well, the floor is disgustingly dirty, the bathroom door was missing a good portion of the panel and back. We were afraid to even shut the bathroom door doubt that he even could. They didn’t even wanna give us an extra pillow because there’s two of us there is no chairs in the room at all the only shining star was the late night night staff member and the woman that found my mom‘s cell phone now that that’s pretty much it. That’s the only good thing about that whole entire place and it took late night for that to even happen. I want to make it even better. The fire alarm went off in our room at like 1:30 in the morning and only in our room for no reason there is no fire no smoke no nothing I will never ever stay at that motel again.

CHECKED IN 4/5/25 EVRYTHING WAS OK GOT IN THE ROOM TURNED ON THE HEATER THEN WE HAD TO LEAVE FOR A WEDDING. GOT BACK TO OUR ROOM AND WENT TO BED AND FROZE. THE HEATER DIDNT WORK WE HAD IT SET ON 72 DEG. WENT TO TAKE A SHOWER THE NEXT MORNING AND NO HOT WATER. TOLD THE OWNER AND HE SAID WE WILL GET THEM FIXED. NO IM SORRY NO REIMBURMENT NOTHING

The hotel did not have hot water, understanding with the weather being so cold maybe something was froze. BUT what water did come out of any faucet was brown. There were bugs and nastiness everywhere. This was a last minute business trip and all 5 rooms that were booked was this way.

The check in lady was very nice. Told us up front the hot water was out but would be working later because of water heating trouble. Never did get hot water. Had to put water in cups and heat in microwave to take a sink bath. Only one wash cloth in room for 2 guest. And 2 towels.

I will attach pictures as pictures are worth a thousand words. The picture of the floor is after we had them come clean the floor. The dirty towel is what I used to clean tje floor after they mopped it. Opened th drawer in the night stand. Not sure what that was ,but not torching it. Breakfast was minimal. Advertised they would provide a cot, they could not. However, they did come up with a nice blow up mattress that worked. Realized there was no hairdryer, called the front desk they said I could get one in the morning. Went to front desk same person smiled and said they do not have hair dryers. Had I paid less than $100 per night maybe I would habe expected.less. Hotel
Com should ne ashamed to have this hotel in their sight. Also the cabel tv did not work. And the outlets on the beside lamp did not work.

Room had a very strong cleaning supply smell. Floors were filthy.

Need to mop floors with water. Feet were black.

The traffic noise was loud. I stayed on a night that was super busy for a school homecoming. The people in the other rooms were not considerate towards other people staying. Loud until late into the night and started again early.

The floors were coated in a film that left the bottom of my socks brown. The sink had no hot water. The shower curtain had mold or mildew on it. The bath mat was stained.

The television did not work..

We reserved the room because it was a smoking room. When getting there we found out they no longer except that but nothing changed online. It supposedly was remodeled. When using the restroom the first time the toilet paper holder fell to the floor on pieces. There r a lot of sketchy people who hang out in the parking lot. And very loud. Then on our third day there our key wouldn’t work. Went to office and the door was locked during the day and no one there. Had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to show up to redo our key and she was very rude. They also were supposed to have a continental breakfast that was never put out any of the days. Not even coffee. I will not stay there again.

This motel was affordable and perfect for our stay. The staff were exceptional.

We pull into the parking lot and the first thing you see is people hanging out outside there doors just sitting there. Then of course you can look out your window and watch hookers coming and going with there johns. One girl had 5 johns in 2 hrs. Hard worker. The place is skid row dive.
