Pros:

I stayed at Danubius Hotel Arena from February 28 to March 8 during my first trip to Budapest, and the experience was excellent.
The hotel has a great location, especially if you are visiting events at the Expo Center, and it’s also easy to reach the city center from here.
What truly makes this hotel special is the front desk team. Every staff member I met was incredibly welcoming, polite, and helpful. You immediately feel that they genuinely care about their guests.
I would especially like to thank Krisztian from the reception. He went above and beyond — helping me find my way around the city, recommending places to visit, showing me where the shops are, and even helping me arrange a car rental quickly and easily. Thanks to him I didn’t feel like a tourist in a foreign city — I felt truly welcomed.
The housekeeping team also deserves credit — the room was always perfectly clean and very well maintained.
Another big plus is the excellent facilities: a very good gym where I could train, and a great swimming pool for relaxing after a long day. The restaurant also serves very good food.
Overall, this hotel has a fantastic team, great service, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Budapest.
