Pros:

Minden nagyon szuper volt, jobb mint amit vártam. A személyzet, de tényleg mindenki, nagyon kedves.A reggeli páratlan, hatalmas választékkal. Gondolnak az ételintoleranciában szenvedőkre is. A kávé is finom .
Napközben a citromos, kivis víz, a gyümölcsök kedves gesztus, isteni. A Krisztián a recepciónál pedig verhetetlen. Legközelebb is itt szállunk meg.

Cons:

Én fázós vagyok és a 27 ⁰C-os víz a medencében nekem hideg volt. De ez semmit sem vont le a hotel minőségéből.

Stuff was adorable

Cons:

The hotel mentioned soundproof rooms in the description. It wasn't the case, we heard everything noise coming from the corridor.

Borzalmas recepciósok ès vezetők, kedves felszolgálók, szobalányok ès szerviz személyzet, tisztaság

Szobalányok kedvesek voltak, szaunában fitness teremben, reggelinél barátságos, kedves személyzet. Süti ès víz èrkezèskor.
Finom választékos reggeli, kèsöi kicsekkolási lehetösèg, kora reggeltöl kèsö estig nyitva tartó wellness, tisztaság, szuper fényzáró függönyök.

Cons:

Recepción bár diplomatusak voltak nem voltak profik. Foglaláskor azt jelöltem be, hogy majd a szàllàson fizetek, de èrkezès elött mikor ellenöriztem a foglalásom lehetösègem volt itt a bookingom azonnal fizetni (fizessen most opcióban) ezt meg is tettem. Èrkezèskor emiatt 20 percig álltam ott pedig àtküldem mailen a fizetési lekönyvelt banki bizonylatot ès felajánlottam hogy kifizetem duplán holnap, majd visszautalják de, de csak húztàk a szàjukat. Mintha valami bünözö lennèk. :)
2 gyerekkel, akik alig vàrták hogy csobbanhassunk ès levehessèk vègre az öltönyüket. Ami a legsèrtöbb, hogy a fennakadásèrt nem kèrtek elnèzést.

A gyerekeknek visszaigazolt bekèszített köntösök nem voltak ott, a fiam jelezte ès pótolták, de csak miután már lementünk a wellness rèszlegbe. Igaz csak negyed órát vàrtunk rá, hogy megèrkezzen, mert már kèsőre járt a csekkolás csúszása miatt.

A wc el volt dugulva màr èrkezèskor kiderült.

A szauna nem melegedett be. Mikor szólunk kiderült rossz, jelezték reggelre kijavítják.
Azonban május 1. miatt - karbantartó hiányában talán? - másnap is üzemen kívül volt.

A kàrtyakulcs pedig hibàs volt ès köntösben a fö aulàban 2x kellett jelezni a recin. Emiatt lekèstünk egy találkozót, mert a kicsekkolás sem 1 perc volt, mert csak konkellett fizetni duplán a foglalást. Amit egyèbkènt aznap rendeztek is felèm itt a bookingon!

Igazából csak a recepciósok ès vezetők gúnyos stílusát kifogàsoltam. Nagyon nem mèltó egy 4 csillagos szállodához. Elköszönèskor a vezetö eldarállt egy monologot, nyomtatott blokkot - számlát - de közben a kèsès miatt èn a gyerekek felè a böröndhöz fordultam ès nem mondta vègig hanem kigúnyolt a többiekhez fordul a amit egyèbkènt èn mèg jól hallottam.
Ilyen vezetőnek nem lenne helye a recepción. Szègyelljèk magukat!
