Pros:

Very nice basic hotel, clean, well maintained, staff was very polite and helpful. Was not very busy and was quiet. No safety concerns and convenient location.

Cons:

The free breakfast was limited but did have some hot food.

Both rooms were dirty, the mold from the a/c unit made it miserable.
Cons:

In one room the air conditioner was filled with mold and made us sick. Our eyes and lungs were burning. We found a condom wrapper on the floor in our other room. We stayed on the ground floor and the windows were extremely unsecure. The linens smelled badly and unclean.

My stay was short, however in spite of all the negatives it was doable.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable

Cons:

Property is completed dated with the exception of the check in area. Bedsheets and towels are old and yellowish. Bathtub creeks as you step on it, feels like you’re going to fall through.
