A great place to stop and get a good night's sleep before traveling to Baltimore to go on a cruise.
Pros:

We say here each time we travel to Baltimore for a cruise. Always comfortable and convenient for the cruise port. Many food options nearby. Price is always reasonable. Free breakfast is a real plus.

Cons:

Nothing. Never had an issue.

It was ok but probably will not go back.
Pros:

There was a basketball team that was there as soon as we checked in and the woman at the front desk allowed them to meet right in the lobby. in stead of putting them in a separate room. They were very loud and we could barely walk to the front desk. I could not even hear the attendant at the front desk try and check me in. It was loud and disrespectful to other guests. They should have been placed in a separate area.

Cons:

The atmosphere of the hotel was not inviting from the moment we walked in due to a large group meeting right in the front. They never should have been allowed to sit right in the front area. The breakfast was ok but nothing great. The staff was ok there was just nothing exceptional about the experience.

Very upsetting & unacceptable for a professional business in the hospitality field.
Pros:

I am writing a more lengthy review to explain the totally belligerent and rude behavior of the staff at this hotel. Their treatment of me as a customer was unexpected and unprofessional. The breakfast person on duty was a disgrace to the concept of customer service. I have never been treated so disrespectfully and I have stayed at many hotels over the years for business & personal travel alone and with my family. This needs to be addressed. I welcome any follow up inquiry to explain this more fully. Dr. Vernon

When we checked in and went to our room it smelled horribly of cigarette smoke, I went and asked the front desk about it because the hotel is listed as “smoke free” and the front desk proceeded to tell me that “our hotel is smoke free, but sometimes people smoke in their rooms.” It was after 9:00 at night when we checked in and left to go out to dinner, I missed a call from the hotel while at dinner so I walked back up to the front desk and was told “we were going to give you a refund, but you left.” Yes, we left to go to dinner because we drove 2.5 hours for an out of town wedding. Walls are VERY thin in this hotel. Do not get a room the first floor if you don’t want to hear stomping and running. Beds are very hard.

Beds were very comfortable. The front desk and housekeeping staff were accommodating when we needed additional items.

Cons:

Our bathroom shower was rickety. It moved when you stood in it. The carpet felt dirty.
