Very nice with lovely river walk and places to eat nearby.
Pros:

Right next to river, had a bar and food menu, room very clean and comfortable. Very accommodating as they provided a shower chair which was immensely appreciated. While the breakfast was not free their limited options had a very good and interesting variety. We really liked that! Staff was great.

Cons:

Not happy about having to pay for parking.

"Breakfast included" is misleading.

Cons:

I booked a room for 3 adults. I had the option to pay 20.00 extra to have Breakfast included. When I got to the hotel I was told that the Breakfast was only for 2 of the 3 people. There was nothing online or in the paper work to suggest that the up grade was only for 2 of us. Now I have an additional 18.00 charge to my credit card.

Pros:

Should have been included, will not return.

Cons:

Staff refused to upgrade our room. I was willing to pay for a suite. They said because of the way I booked I was unable. Even after the manager checked our Marriott status.

Quiet clean affordable room in a true courtyard setting
Pros:

Nice quiet room tight in the heart of downtown and on the river. Well maintained.

Cons:

HVAC was a little wonky but it worked ok in the end.

Booked a queen room ADA amenities, got there, double beds (that were not comfortable) and no walk in shower. When asked up front they told us that they couldn’t do an thing since booked with third party

It was very convenient for us, close to where we were going.

Cons:

I don’t think you should have to pay to park. That should be included in the cost. I could understand it if it was valet parking but it wasn’t.

Dressy Blazer in Front, false pocket trousers in the back.
Pros:

Beds were comfortable. Regular door to the bathroom. The shower is roomy. The desk area has lots of outlets window glass is better than another hotel we were at last time..it doesn't block ambulance sounds but that's a big ask.
The decor and design of the main lobby is very nice, it has conversation spaces, along with work areas as well. We didn't try the actual courtyard, but it looked inviting.

Cons:

Choices were made in building this hotel and now the staff is stuck with them. There are two wings and the elevator is halfway in the middle of each wing. Feels like there should be one or more elevators here.
Our room did not have a microwave. That was interesting. I feel like our room needed two more outlets at one of the queen beds The fridge was smaller than other hotel fridges I.have seen.
The bistro is open for breakfast and dinner. Because you pay for food there is no complimentary lobby coffee. Sad trombone.
