Cons:

The noise from Division Street was really loud all night. The room was lovely and the front desk gal was great. Just the noise and we noticed that the sprinkler system was not working properly and grass and shrubs were almost dead outside our patio.

Great staff, great location, and room size for the price offered, very nice and comfortable.
Pros:

Great staff, great room size, nice and comfortable.

Cons:

Noise. The guest upstairs was very loud and yelling during the night and it was uncontrolled. My husband was awakened and we both had the Bloomsday Run the next day.
And, the children were upset there wasn't a pool to swim in. Overall, it was great for the price offered through Booking.com.
