Not so accessible

Estadia excelente, staff muito atencioso, café da manhã ótimo, estrutura muito boa, limpa e confortável. Voltaria com certeza! Muito obrigado.

Ottima posizione per prendere la metro. Zona molto tranquilla

Confesso que fiquei preocupado quando li algumas avaliações ruins desse hotel. Mas minha estadia de quatro noites foi ótima. Cheguamos antes do meio-dia e já nos acomodaram num apartamento. O café da manhã é muito bom. O atendimento excelente todos os dias. Pessoal super atencioso. O hotel fica no quarto andar de um edifício residencial e a entrada fica em frente à escada de acesso à estação Bologna do metrô pela Av. 21 de Abril. No entorno tem vários restaurantes e supermercados. Região fora do agito turístico e de fácil acesso.

Non ho critiche ma solo complimenti soprattutto per il personale.

Per me questo hotel è di una comodità eccezionale in quanto a due passi dalla metro e quindi a due passi da qualsiasi luogo.

O hotel ocupa o 4o andar de um prédio com vários usos (consultório médico, moradia, etc…).
Não tivemos nenhum problema, porém achei um tanto estranho esse modelo.
A localização é boa: bem em frente a uma estação de metrô que está a poucos minutos dos principais atrativos da cidade e do Termini.
O café da manhã era simples, porém suficiente.
O atendimento “padrão” italiano (nunca é muito simpático…).
Em geral tem um custo-benefício razoável para Roma. (Eu não ficaria novamente…).

Quaint and charming!! The area around was absolutely beautiful and peaceful, super easy to get to as the station is right outside and very clean and we'll cared for facilities. Couldn't be happier :)

Hotel bien situé, en bon état et bien entretenu. Quelques limites : chambres sur la place un peu bruyantes, ascenseur. très petit et accueil professionnel, sans plus.
Bonne adresse à recommander dans un quartier agréable et bien desservi.

when reserved my room I chose pay at property and when I arrieved they already had charged my debit card which is complicated because I wanted to pay in cash.
Now I got back and found out that they made another charge to my credit card without explanation and I don´t know why.
Breakfast was bad, the only good was the coffee machine.
Hotel is really old but nice and clean and in a Metro station at the door.
If you can not stay downtown its a good place to stay but whatch out your credit card.

Good location with easy access to Metro. Small room but good price. The only issue we had is the rooms were supposed to have air conditioning, but the staff said it broke the day we arrived.

Ottima posizione, tantissime cose da migliorare per un hotel a tre stelle.

Arrived late Friday night which happened to be first night of face masks in public being abolished and the opening of nightclubs etc in Italy. Booked 3 nights at this hotel through sports booking agent World Choice Sports to watch the 6 nation Rugby. We decided to book an extra night through Hotels.com as flights cheaper to fly home a day later. 24 hr reception very accommodating and let us keep same room for the 4 nights even though we had 2 seperate bookings. Room a little dated but clean and even though we told hotel it wasnt necessary they came in and cleaned our room every day and changed towels and bed etc. Even though hotel room was on 4th floor the double glazing isn't the best. Our room overlooked the main square outside and was very noisy the first night. We worried this would be like this all weekend but it turned out to be ok as it was just excessively noisy outside that night due to people celebrating their freedom. Queen sized bed very comfortable and perfect for us as it was a lovely firm mattress. Cannot comment on breakfast as we didnt partake, but be warned as No Tea/Coffee facilities in room, so we took our own aswell as a travel kettle. Nice touch providing room with a mini fridge though. Reception English speaking and helpful. WiFi worked very well. Metro station right outside the front of the hotel and so easy to use to get around and visit the sights. Colosseum only around 5 stops away and no changing of trains en route. Would recommend as basic 3* base

Il punto di forza della struttura è la posizione centrale vicino l'università La Sapienza e il Policlinico Umberto I ha la metropolitana linea B all'uscita del portone.
Da migliorare la pulizia delle stanze.
