Pros:

We couldn’t get into the room. Had to wait for the janitor. He put a key in to open the room. The key got stuck. He went eventually went to get the manager and eventually we were given a new room. Walked in and the lights didn’t work. Had to get the janitor again to fix the lights. Took three hours from ck in to finally getting a working room. You would think they might discount our night but no. The hotel itself is very used. Will never go back. Plenty of other hotels there with shuttles to airport.

Nous avons réservé avec booking.com et à cause de cela nous à dir le personnel de réception, nous avons été déplacés dans un autre bâtiment. Nous avons dû remettre tous les bagages dans la voiture et rouler 5 minutes. J’ai payé pour « le petit déjeuné inclus » mais aucun petit déjeuné dans cette dépendance de l’hôtel. A part dire « sorry » aucune compensation n’a été exprimé. Très décevant pour un Sheraton! .

Cons:

They need a little upgrade specially the lighting in the rooms and the bedrooms.
And during our 5 days stay I’ve noticed the bathroom ceiling started to create mold. Other than that hotel is okay

I wouldn’t go back.
Pros:

Efficient bus to airport. Coffee available early morning.

Cons:

First room was hot and a ladder was in the bathtub under an open access panel. Second room was supposed to have AC and didn’t, and staff was unhelpful about the problem. Room was not we’ll vacuumed. No shower cap provided. Poor quality hair dryer. Lumpy pillows.

WONDERFUL & WELCOMING
Pros:

I enjoyed my stay very much! The staff were so welcoming & very respectful. I do have a small complaint about breakfast. My hash browns were completely soaked in grease & I couldnt eat it. There was also this poor lady limping & trying to keep up with everyone in the dining room. She seem to be in pain? Im not sure but she was also working ALONE. I didnt like that. I felt so guilty being in the dining area just watching her that morning. So please...please applaud her for her work ethic. I love that she was trying and giving her best that morning. She definitely deserves a hand for all that she did that morning. It was the morning of Oct 12th. We stayed in room 513.
Other then that we had a GREAT and WONDERFUL STAY. ! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Cons:

Breakfast worker on Oct 12th on morning shift was working alone. She seem to have a hard time & I wished she had help.

Cons:

Double charged the misc fee. Waiting for both to drop off.
No coffee freely available on the lobby which is Unbelievable for a Sheraton.
Although breakfast was to be included with the room, you have to complain to the front desk to get a voucher.

Had a very nice one night stay. Shuttle to airport a breeze.

Room was great. Bed as comfy. Pillows were great. Bathroom we liked. The people working there were friendly, courteous, and helpful

Carpet in the room was a little soiled in two places.

早朝でも空港までのシャトルが便利！
レンタカー返却時も迎えに来てくれました。
