They are cons.
Pros:

They denied us breakfast. It was stated that we were supposed to order ahead; it was 8 am. They double charged my card even though they said they were using it for a temporary hold. Upon bringing it to their attention, it was charged a 3rd time. The room I paid for was not the room I booked. It was our anniversary celebration and it was a terrible experience. I will never stay at another Sheraton.

I couldn't use my credit card to place the hold on our room for Sat and Sun that we had booked with Hilton resort and Casino due to those transactions taken by The Sheraton. The room I paid for was not the room I booked. It was a terrible experience. I will never stay at another Sheraton.

Very convenient place to stay if arriving late at night
Pros:

It's very conveniently located near the airport, easy to walk from the terminal. It was quiet in our room, no outside noise from planes or traffic in the night.

Cons:

Breakfast selection could have been better.

Nice, but no so nice.
Pros:

Nice people..Big room...nice bed.. good hot water for shower. Great location for isleta casino and other spots in town.

Cons:

Room 318 fan on air conditioner made horrible noise on high...but worked on low....smell in lobby was like dirty diaper for some reason.

Pros:

The shuttle was perfect and the journey to the hotel was about five minutes. We had five minutes left before the kitchen closed but they accomodated us. The room was large and comfortable.

Pros:

Bed was comfy room was decorated cute.

Cons:

The shower head only had 1 setting it was like super hard and would start banging the wall and could barely get a shower with water going everywhere. Bathtub and sink were very very slow to empty.
