I will never stay here again. Rudefront desk staff
Pros:

The only reason to stay at this property is airport convenience. The front desk staff is terrible. Very rude. I will find a different hotel for my stays in Albuquerque

La moltitudine di persone in hall, al bar, ha reso l’hotel molto accogliente e conviviale. La camera molto ampia e pulita

Cons:

Le camere, a due a due, sono comunicanti con una porta. Abbiamo trovato questa porta chiusa a chiave, ma abbiamo supposto che come questa poteva essere aperta dal nostro lato sarebbe potuto esserla anche dal lato opposto dell’altra stanza e questo non ci ha fatto dormire tranquilli.

Inoltre abbiamo pagato per avere la colazione e c’era una scelta solo tra uova e porridge, quindi molto scarsa

Had to clean my own shower but other than that it was great

Great value, great location, excelente people.
Pros:

The staff was incredibly helpful and professional, especially, i hope im not getting the name wrong, julio? Also, looks like new management was trying to make a good impression with some free drinks and appetizers up stairs and breakfast , sadly with my time frame and 7am flight was not able to enjoy these this time. But really good job.

Cons:

The shower seemed to have some problem with shifting the water to the shower, such that when i did still half was pouring directly into the tub. But more importantly, my room had the wrong phone, was for a different room and ironically the front desk called to confirm this issue, but sadly my wake up call did not make it to my room. Luckily my alarm worked normally.

Pros:

The hotel was clean and inviting. The lobby had a nice smell almost like a tobacco cologne. The Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall it was a decent experience
Pros:

Close to airport. Host hotel to the PBR. Good food at restaurant.

Cons:

Some staff were unpleasant, didn’t receive maid service until 3rd
Day of stay. No microwave. No freezer for the small
Fridge. Walls
Thin. Adjoining room up late at night, music and voices easily heard at
Midnight. Limited choice for snacks drinks.

the property is a little shabby…a 4 or 5 star hotel it is not. but the room was fine, clean. The tap in the bathroom was loose…silly things like that make it shabby
