Location was close to Melrose arch but I still needed to take uber cause it didn’t feel safe outside the hotel

Cons:

Staff attitude when asked to move to the room that didn’t have interconnected door to another room. Was dismissive and cold

I highly recommend this place. It has plenty of rooms, is maintained to a very high standard of cleanliness, and the reception staff are warm and friendly. The restaurant is also excellent, offering great food and a wonderful dining experience.
