The hotel didn’t feel like value for money because of its poor location as the cost was up there with some nicer propert
Pros:

The pool area is beautiful and secluded due to the high trees. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms very spacious and clean.

Cons:

Location. I wish I’d done my homework so that’s on me. The hotel is in a very poor area and unless you’re willing to spend money on Ubers, food options are very limited. I didn’t feel safe going out after dark. The Metro is very close however, if you feel safe using it.

Central, affordable, and breakfast is onsite.
Pros:

Great central hotel with a walking distance to the subway, so easily can get to where you want.

Cons:

we had 5 rooms and one of the rooms had trouble working the showers.

主要観光地へのアクセスがしやすい。
駅からも遠くなかった。
スタッフさんたちが親切でした。

Cons:

・ヘアドライヤーのスイッチが正しく作動せず、使いづらかったです。(壁側のボタンをしばらく押し続けないと動かず、両手が塞がってしまった。使い終わってボタンを戻しても、しばらく動き続けていて止め方が分からなかった。)

・シャワーの出し方が分かりづらく、別部屋の仲間と電話で相談してようやく出すことができました。(かなり強く取っ手を引かないと出ません。)

・エリアのインフラの問題だと思いますが、お手洗いを流した後しばらく流水音が止まりません。

・できれば、部屋の中にケトルやコーヒー・紅茶等のサービスがあれば嬉しかったです。

・朝食が取れるカフェに行き、持ち帰りをしたかったのですが、注文するだけで20分以上待ったため諦めました。チェックアウトの日に手短に済ませるには不向きです。

・これはホテル自体の問題ではないですが、立地的にあまりきれいでないエリアに感じました。

Exceptional
Pros:

I stayed here 3 nights and it wasn’t enough. The hotel has everything you need. Gym, sauna, pool, small shop, breakfast bar, ice dispensing machine and drinking water fountains. The rooms have a fridge, microwave, AC and a TV along with an en-suite.

Michael who works at reception was particularly exceptional in providing food recommendations and chat.

The location is fantastic for public transport routes to Hollywood Boulevard, KTown, Griffith Observatory and Downtown LA.

Motel 6 would of been cheaper and nicer
Pros:

The room smelled like mildew, the bath door way was rusted, the bathroom door didn't close all the way, the small frig made noise all night when we tried to use, the bed made noise everything we moved, keeping me up all night, the furniture didn't match, look like they went to an auction to furnish the place and motel 6 would of been better. Got scammed, the pictures on the Airbnb website is a lie. Scammed

La chambre vaut 50€ max/nuits ok et vraiment en dessous des standards d’une chambre à 150€/nuit tout et vieillot

Les chambre très vétuste honnêtement aucune décoration l’ameublement des Anne 90 n’a pas bougé tout et dans sont jus !!! La salle de bain le gros points noir la robinetterie très vieillissante des traces partout sur les murs les meubles très abîmé plafond gondoler

Step Back in Time at This Historic Hotel
Pros:

I returned to this storied hotel in East Hollywood after being away for 5 months and it is just as charming as always...delightful friendly staff, comfortable rooms, very pleasant pool area surrounded by palm trees and the hidden interior courtyard with bubbling fountain. The prices here are very reasonable. You can walk to very good restaurants, the LA Rose Cafe (Filipino), El Pajonal (Salvadoran), Figaro Bistro (French). The hotel has a breakfast cafe with very good bakery. The gift shop, located at ground level, is well stocked with sundries and reasonably priced souvenirs. The hotel was founded in 1902 and has a storied history. Come roam the same halls as Rudolph Valentino. Step back in time and enjoy your stay in Hollywood at this charming hotel.
