Great place to stay.
Pros:

Bed comfortable.Room clean. Breakfast great.

Cons:

Electrical outlet old. Very little hot water in the sink. Fridge not very cold. Back to the place did not lock very well.

Habitación cómoda. Excelente ubicación. Personal muy atento. Muy aseado. Muy buen desayuno. En general fue excelente. Gracias.

Cons:

Mi esposo me comentó que trató de usar la picina, pero el borde de la misma no se veía tan limpio. Y desistió de hacerlo. Creo fue lo único que vimos negativo.

But disappointed with it, rooms very tired & needan upgrade
Pros:

Easy access to the city centre & all its attractions. Nice pool, breakfast was ok

Cons:

Bath had hairs in corner when we arrived.
Beds were made & fresh towels 2 nd day but everything else left exactly as it was!
Rooms very tired. & need an upgrade

It was good. We will stay there again
Pros:

Room was good and clean. Breakfast was also good. Sammie is a bright spot and a reason to stay at this hotel, she is very helpful and friendly. Feels like you are talking to family any time you pass her desk.

Cons:

Maybe have a dresser for more clothes storage

Pros:

Good location will probably stay here again. The lady I the lobby wasn't very nice when I asked her about one of the Dinner Shows she responded that if my husband wasn't with me she couldn't help me!! Im sorry lady, this trip was a trip im remembrance of my mom that had passed, so up yours. If and when we do come back we will not be needing any assistance from that company for sure!!!

Every time I’m in Tennessee this will definitely be the place. I stay.
Pros:

The Jacuzzi that was in my room was amazing. The indoor pool that they have was also phenomenal. The staff have a great attitude in willing to help with anything you need.

Cons:

I liked everything about this hotel.
