Coffee is so good! Beds are comfy
Our room didn’t smell fresh! We stay here often and normally it smells so fresh and clean and it just wasn’t this stay.
Indoor pool was heated. Great location. Very clean. Breakfast was great with waffle maker and sausage, eggs. Pool opened at 9am to midnight. Breakfast until 10am. Rocking chairs out on front porch. Housekeeping changed trash and fresh towels during our stay. Towels available at pool. We also forgot a book in our room after check out and they called me to see if they could ship it to me. Coupons available for the Island available, but we didn't use them. Friendly employees working the breakfast.
Pool was smaller than I like. Doesn't have hot tub.
Our stay was good other than cell service was horrible. Even with the Wi-Fi connection. Loved the comfort of the bed and the pillows. Breakfast was great. Just the wifi while in our room. We also went out onto the front porch and was bombarded with ants immediately!! I suggested to the front desk to get an exterminater in immediately they were fire ants and those type are not friendly. We will gladly be back if these issues are resolved no problem
Same as above!! Just read the above comment and you will know what I didn't like. Oh and need to refill the tissues in the bathroom more often 🤧
The location was great! The hotel was clear, great staff and welcoming environment.
Breakfast options could be better.
Friendly staff, cleanliness. Slight hiccup when I extended my stay and we had to move to another room. They upgraded room type, so it was good.😊

The location was great.
It was very busy with a lot of kids/groups. I found it hard to get a table to eat breakfast in the morning but this is probably because it was Spring Break for some places.
We were upgraded to a suite. The breakfast was nice, the room was on the 3rd floor, easy in and out for luggage, easy check out, was clean, affordable price
I was NOT told my credit card was being.charged for 1 of the 3 days of our stay, when the advertisement said NO PAYMENT UP FRONT, PAY AT HOTEL. We couldn't use AAA discount, said we used a 3rd party to book. Which when we started to book it was from your website link,. decor is kinda old, pillows were tiny, 1 plug in was loose and didn't work, tv had 3 white circles in the screen. Not impressed with being bugged to "Join the family" timeshare type of crap.
The Staff was FANTASTIC! The Concierge, Gabe, got us some great deals on local attractions. The breakfast was delicious.

My A/C quit working on night 2 and maintenance was supposed to fix it the next day and they didn’t.
Staff was very helpful. Room was clean with comfy bed. Location is convenient to restaurants and local attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

It is an old building and needs lots of updates. The hallways smelled terrible. We had two rooms. Our first room seemed old and dirty and I cringed each night I got in bed. It ended up having a leak somewhere and the floor was soaked so they moved us down the hall. The second room was much cleaner. I will say I worried so much about bringing bugs home.
Easy access
Garbage littered the hallway and in front of our room door when we went in there was litter on floor in room. Someone’s child pooped in the pool second day. Pool was not emptied and cleaned according to health code. I watched them use a net to clean pool and allowed guests too use the pool. Front desk staff was rude while the other tried to run interference and at least had a smile for us. Slid a note under our door day 2 saying do not disturb will not be honored as it was a full service clean day only to return later to see our room had not been touch nor trash taken out. Next day took off do not disturb sign so they would get our trash and freshen towels. Food was decent. Wish I’d had taken photos to share
