Pros:

It was very clean & the staff was friendly. The rooms were big. The location was very convenient. Very hot shower & fantastic water pressure!

We enjoyed the stay.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable. The room was good, especially for the cost. Breakfast was better than other places we have stayed.

We were very please with our stay and plan to stay again in the future.
Pros:

Great location. Room was clean and provided with clean towels each day. Beds were made by staff each day. Breakfast was good with plenty available. Pool was great - kids loved it.

Cons:

No complaints. All went well.

Wouldn’t stay here again, but I lived through once. I like to have data connection wherever I go.
Pros:

The breakfast was decent. Waffles, cereal, breads, dairy, scrambled eggs, and a hot meat were good choices.

Cons:

The WiFi access from the rooms is non existent. So many people sitting in hallways trying to get connection. Maybe because of my carrier, Verizon, I could barely get reception in the room. If you have children who want to watch their tablet, this is not the place for you.

Pros:

Beds were comfortable the room was clean. Hot breakfast in the morning. Staff was nice. Had a small gym to work out . The pool looked nice but I forgot my swimsuit. Location was great plenty of parking which was free. They had nice fall decor for pictures. A gift shop that had drinks microwavable food and medicine that was available 24 hrs.

Cons:

I don't have any complaints.

Wish it could have been better

The pool was nice

Cons:

Bloody sheets and food all in the bed with hair. They did not clean sheets or bedding before checking in. Dropped it off we had to strip the bed down to see even more stains. , pink mold in the shower as well , we were told night one they were speaking to managers and we haven’t heard anything

Cons:

The carpet was awfully dirty, you need to shampoo carpets, also there were several dead bugs all over the bathroom. Have been at much cleane hotels in Piegon Forge.
