Great value and nice hotel, would stay again.
Pros:

The rooms are great and clean. The bar and grill was not open, but we went to an awesome restaurant around the corner called the Velveteen Plum. Everything was very nice at this hotel.

Pros:

Nice breakfast buffet with a lot of options. Clean room, comfortable bed.

Cons:

TV in room 608 kept shutting down every 10 minutes. Needs to be fixed.

A very good place to stay.
Pros:

A very interesting building for a hotel. A missing 2nd floor button in the elevator creates a nice mystery. It has laundry facility which was not mentioned on booking.com site.

Cons:

It is facing a building with many AC units running all the time. It is deafening once you step out of the hotel.

Pros:

The hotel was incredibly clean, from the minute I entered the building. Staff is VERY welcoming, even asked if there were ways they could improve the hotel. Breakfast was DELICIOUS, scrambled eggs, two different kinds of sausage, waffles, yogurt biscuits & gravy, fruit, the works!

Cons:

Only one negative...the fan in the bathroom didn't work, so we reported that so it could be repaired.
