Though the rooms are ok bathroom is bad if u have no other option then take it

No lift no easy entrance. Rooms are ok but the bathroom very unhygienic not cleaned properly. The room access so terrible to reach on the top floor. Too dark alleyways

A good stay, but the cleaning service and provision of essential items could be improved.
Pros:

The property was good compared to other hotels in the area. The staff was generally helpful, especially Mustafa, who provided excellent service.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the cleaning wasn’t done regularly, and we had to request it whenever needed. Additionally, some essential items were not provided.

We stayed from the 26th to the 1st, and during that entire period, the apartment was not cleaned even once. It was advertised as a service apartment, but no service was provided. Nothing was there when we arrived—we had to call them for everything. There were no utensils, the place was very old, and there was only one power point in the entire 3-room apartment to charge our phones. The fridge was a tiny minibar-size unit with a broken temperature regulator, so we couldn’t store insulin properly, and it went bad. The only positive was that the staff were friendly.
