Great location, clean, friendly staff and dog friendly!
No microwave in the room.

Bed wasnt as comfortable. Bit itchy. Towels were hard
The property is beautiful itself, the rooms were nice and beds were very comfortable. We loved the pools and the bars onsite. There are also places to eat in walking distance
The only con about our entire stay was the temperature in the room. It was set at 70 and we could not get it to go lower, it was very warm during the night which made it a bit uncomfortable.
Location was great. Love the restaurant and ice cream place in the same parking lot
The little beach area off the bay was great. My toddler loved it.
Room was a little small
The door was hard to shut. We had to use the room key when leaving to shut it. It would not shut on its own.

My key card stop working and prevented me from getting into my had to go down to front desk 3 times and still cards wouldn't work

Great location and pet friendly.
It was not well maintained at all.
Dusty appliances, elevators were dirty, furniture in waiting area lobby was stained and unkept.
Doors to pool area and elevators were not secured making it a security risk for patrons.
Staff were not as friendly and welcoming as you would expect.
Corridors were dark and had missing bulbs.
Community microwaves were not clean and napkin holders remained empty throughout our stay.
Strongly recommend Corporate personnel conduct a site visit and address these very concerning specific issues.

A little pricey, for what we got
Very nice as soon as you walk in. He poolside and bar were great as well
The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed sitting by the pool.
We were very unhappy with the parking fee. After paying $650, another $80+ dollar fee was added for parking in your parking lot. We also requested early check in, the staff claimed they called us, but we did not get a call. Staff was very short and very rude. Also should not have to request room service.
I always like the property the bar the pool the music etc
Just for that time they where doing construction over the pool area, the bar was closed exactly the days we were there, and was noisy
We love staying here. It's close to everything.
There was nothing that we did not like about the property.
