Lovely hotel with friendly and obliging staff
Pros:

Hotel is within easy walking distance of Piccadilly Station and central to city centre and Northern Quarter. Taxi to Salford Quays cost £9 and hotel staff will arrange the taxi for you. All staff were friendly and helpful. Immaculately clean everywhere.

A very nice room, bed and bath room. Very well trained, pleasant and helpful staff.

Cons:

some parts of the hotel were quite gloomy lighting, but then I am old! Stairs were hard to locate...I like to try to use the stairs rather than the lift, wherever possible.

Great staff great food great bed
Pros:

All stars were really nice and appeared to be well trained. The bed was really comfortable - the breakfast was lovely - we had dinner at the grill as well and the steak was exceptional

Cons:

The only down side is that it appears a little dark in the reception and public area even in the morning
