Beautiful style and feels very luxurious
Bit pricey, including restaurant and room service
Everything. Staff were really polite and helpful. The room was beautifully decorated and to our taste as well. They changed our room once we told them the fridge wasn’t working which wasn’t a big deal but the service was amazing and they gave us complimentary breakfast as a way to apologise. Overall, can’t fault it.

Cet hôtel a tout ce que l'on demande à un hôtel lorsqu'on est en déplacement pro. La chambre était prête à l'heure indiquée, le check-in était expéditif, les équipements étaient au rendez-vous, la chambre était propre, bref, rien à signaler.

the price of the parking was extortionate. I didn't even get 24 hours parking for what I paid, I had to have it moved in less than this.

We have stayed here before several times and usually enjoyed it but not this time
The room was extremely hot and the air-conditioning had been fixed at a temperature and we couldn't cool the room down enough so had an uncomfortable night, Breakfast was an awful experience - service was very slow and we had to wait ages to be served - didn't get served until we went and found someone - the staff seemed very disinterested - this has not been our experience before. For the cost it was not good enough . we are unlikely to stay here again
