I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The decor is cosy but luxurious, the bed comfortable and the bar/grill/rooms excellent but the best part is the staff. Every person I interacted with were friendly, efficient and professional with Tom standing out in the very impressive crowd. Its location is also great being just a few minutes walk from Manchester Piccadilly.
Perfect stay as always! The only thing I would say is that the chrome cast is abit dated and having Netflix ect already on the tv would really make the stay amazing! Xx

Location is great and the rooms are always very nice & clean. Nice vibe in the hotel.
Upon check-in, we were asked whether our stay was for a special occasion, and we mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday. At the same time, another couple checking in also shared that they were celebrating a birthday and were offered two complimentary glasses of champagne to be sent to their room. Unfortunately, we were not offered the same gesture, which felt inconsistent and somewhat disappointing.
The following morning at breakfast, the service did not meet the standards we have come to expect. Although the restaurant was relatively quiet, service was slow. Our waitress forgot to bring water and toast to the table, and we experienced a long wait for coffee. In fact, the delay for the water and toast was so long that we eventually decided to leave before they arrived.
As returning guests, we value the usual high standards of service at your hotel, which is why we felt it was important to bring this experience to your attention.
