Great hotel with beautiful rooms. We had a king-size bed which was extremely comfortable and gave us a great night’s sleep. The service was excellent, and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay, especially the breakfast waiter with the beard - very friendly, approachable, and attentive. Breakfast was also delicious. I’d definitely stay here again in Manchester and would highly recommend it.

I always have the best time when I come to Dakota! The rooms are beautiful and super spacious! Have great amenities, the staff are always extremely friendly, in particularly Honey! She always makes my stay extra warm and welcome and I couldn’t thank her enough for the efforts she goes to to make me comfortable! I’ll definitely be back :)

Stayed here with my fiance and baby and we had an amazing room with a cot provided for little one! Honey helped us book the right room and was very efficient in getting our stay sorted! Great value for money, clean rooms, and brilliant location. Will definitely stay again!

Breakfast was lovely. Very nice area for breakfast- quiet and not feeling busy. Valet parking was also great - similar in pricing to local car parks but much easier.

Stylisches Hotel, schönes grosses Zimmer, sehr sauber, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, Büffet und à la carte. Gute Lage.

Hotel decor was stunning. Check in experience was swift and pleasant. Rooms are a good size with the most amazing shower. Super views of surrounding area from our room. Duty manager, Joe, dealt with an issue we had with our room promptly and courteously. Would love to make a return visit.

Millie took great care of us for dinner at The Grill at the Dakota Manchester. We loved the salmon, sole and glazed cauliflower!

Beautiful Hotel, Amazing Service

We recently stayed at this lovely hotel and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The room was stylish, comfortable, and beautifully presented.

A special thank you to the incredible Lana (“Lana Banana”) at breakfast. She remembered us from our previous stay, which immediately made us feel welcome and valued.

As someone with coeliac disease, I was especially impressed that Lana remembered my dietary requirements. She recommended exactly what I could eat and ensured my meal was prepared and served separately to avoid any cross-contamination. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care made me feel completely at ease - and even a little like royalty!

We left already talking about our next visit and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Manchester.

This definitely won’t be our last stay, and I can’t wait to come back and see Lana Banana again!

We stayed here over the weekend and would highly recommend. Great location with easy parking, incredibly friendly and professional staff (thank you Kelly, Ben and Elliot in particular), beautiful and well equipped rooms and the food was also a real highlight. The breakfast was magnificent and we also ate at the grill in the evening which had a great atmosphere and a first rate menu. Overall a fantastic stay where the hotel's attention to detail was absolutely brilliant and nothing was too much trouble.
