1) Great Location.
2) Good Furniture.
1) First time in my life, and after traveling to all the continents 5-star hotels, I stay in a 5 Star hotel without a mini refrigerator. I needed it to keep my Insulin injection cool. They claimed that it was mentioned in the description that it does not have a refrigerator in the 3 rooms that I booked and that was not true. Nothing was mentioned about having or not having a refrigerator. It is like a Curtain they don't mention anything about it in the description, but it is available or you should mention that you do not have it! They offered me a room with a refrigerator for 1 night only and I did not accept, nothing else was offered. I had no choice but to go with a hygiene risk, as I am chronic disease patient, of handing over my insulin injection down from my 7th floor to different staff "with different hands handling my injection" at the reception to keep it in their refrigerator and collect it when I need it, I had to do that every day of my 4 nights that I stayed in the hotel, Absolutely not acceptable and I will never go back to this hotel again or to any DAKOTA.
2) Air condition in my room was not cooling properly and continuously I had to complain every day, the air conditions in the other 2 rooms were good.
3) Our transportation arrangements to the airport, that was done by the hotel, arrived more than 15 minutes late!
dakota manchester is a brilliant hotel where i took my fiancé for her birthday and she loved it and they even set me up balloons for her birthday 10/10stay worth the money
