Wonderful place with an incredibly kind host. Our room wasn’t just a room, it felt more like a little apartment with a huge terrace. The garden is beautiful – full of flowers, trees, lots of chairs, benches, sunbeds, and even a small stream at the end – we loved it. The host was amazing, always making sure we had everything we needed for a super comfortable stay. Breakfast was fantastic, with real traditional dishes – definitely an A+! I can truly recommend this place to everyone :)

Great choice for family vacation
Pros:

путешествовали с двумя детьми, и это было идеальное место. Свой дворик с качелями и гамаками, выход на маленькую речку позади дома. Отдельные спасибо Армену, принял нас как своих родных, вкусно кормил, подсказывал и решал наши все проблемы. выбирайте этот отель не пожалеете!

Amazing
Pros:

A great getaway from the city. We loved the place and enjoyed the green backyard with a small waterfall area.

It is a family business and the owner Armen is so helpful and lovely. He also has a car so you can agree with him for transport as Taxies are not easy to find.

Так же без доплаты сменили номер на более дорогой, чтобы удовлетворить. По итогу полная удовлетворенность от всего, что отель.

Comfortable Family stay & Nice breakfast
Pros:

The Room was clean. There is a nice garden at the back of the property. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was freshly prepared and tasty.

Cons:

No A/C. The owner was kind enough to arrange a table fan when we requested

A worm hospitality
Pros:

Amazing location with a wonderful view of the garden that ends at the river! spotless rooms and warm since the house had central heating. wonderful breakfast with fresh and handmade products. What can we say about Armen...he waited for us at the door, helped us with our luggages, explained everything to us, and when at some point we ran out of battery in the car he found a way with improvised cables to help us, and all this always with a smile. We highly recommend it..
