Read the fine print before you book
Pros:

I would give a thumbs up on the location (if you are seeking a secluded place in Lonavala) and also for support staff of the hotel

The biggest concern for me was the fine print. It's advisable for everyone to read the fine print before booking this hotel. We were put up in a clumsy small room from where we could barely see the pool (which wasn't how it was written on the website at the time of booking).

Then there came a discrepancy on breakfast which again was written on the site as if it is included but it wasn't. We paid for it and then realised that it was limited and didn't even include fruits or juice which any good resort would provide for.

Even for the games provided in the lobby, there is a charge for playing on the pool table (again not mentioned anywhere). Secondly, we were told that swimming costumes were required if we wanted to use the swimming pool and yet could see so many people in it with regular clothes
