Tam Coc Luxury Homestay

Quiet location, discreet family, nice breakfast, pool is even better than in the pictures (quite deep, not a bath for the feet). Overall an excellent value for money. I'd recommend to enjoy the bicycle on the first day, but then consider renting a motorbike.

Such a peaceful accomodation, exactly what I expected and more. They welcomed us with fruits and juice, and the staff are very lovely the entire stay. It might be a bit of a trek from Tam Coc town, but they provide free bicycles or you can rent a motorcycle. Grab was easy enough to take to get around. The pool was nice after very hot days and Duc was happy to provide beers by the pool. Our deluxe room was literally by the mountainside which made it nice and cool throughout the day. Only note was the water pressure of the shower as to be expected on a little cottage outside town. Overall a great stay!

일단 숙소를 둘러싸고 있는 경관이 너무 멋집니다. 숙소도 청결하고 편안합니다. 직원분들이 너무 친절하구요. 다낭으로 이동해야했는데 친절히 도와주셨습니다. 아침식사는 여러가지 선택할수 있고 맛있습니다. 숙소로 갈때 또 나올때 경관이 정말 감탄입니다! 가격도 착하다고 생각합니다. 적극 추천합니다.

We stayed 2 nights in this cozy stay with our 2young kids.

It is quiet, and accessible though a wonderful path between rice field and limestone mountain.

The staff really friendly, lending bicycles, doing really nice breakfast.

The value for money is truly unmatched!

They staff treated us excellent and the owners would spoil us with snacks and fresh fruits. The homestay is in a unique spot surround by beautiful hills. The free bikes make getting around easy.

It was a nice stay, the property was in line with the cost paid.

Very sweet clean and basic. So picturesque in amongst the huge limestone krasts and walk through the rice fields and then into town. Excellent breakfast and even afternoon tea! Staff just lovely

I had a very good stay. Super friendly and helpful staff, quiet location and clean room.

Good: Water heater made plenty of hot water and A/C blows ice-cold air. Very low price for people on tight budget.

Not so good:
1. Room was constantly damp. Bed was damp, furniture was damp, clothes in suitcases turned damp
2). Towels were thin, old and worn out
3). Refrigerator did not work
4). Breakfast selection was very limited and and they were stingy with the coffee
5). 17 minute walk into town on tiny, narrow road which made walking a challenge when a car was on it. This could be a plus, as the hotel was very quiet
6). No in-room safe
7). AC remote was in Chinese, so figuring out how to use it was a challenge

Very kind and nice

De l’authenticité, un petit coin tranquille à l’écart de la ville (mais accessible à pied rapidement) où le temps semble s’être arrêté. C’est simple mais d’un excellent rapport qualité prix. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux ( excellent thé au gingembre et pan-cakes à la banane divins.). Le chant des oiseaux poules coqs et autres résonnent en écho dans ce cirque rocheux. Le séjour a été très apprécié.

We had a lovely stay. The free bikes were really convenient. The location is very cool and slightly away from the busy area. The family that runs the place is so kind and friendly and accommodating. Fantastic stay.

Situated in the countryside around tam coc, beautiful location within walking distance of the village. Staff very friendly, willing and helpful. Facilities limited and rooms fairly basic, but appropriate for this type of accommodation, and all good. Very good value.
