Great location, with minimum kitchen appliances, and no plates or knives, forks or spoons.

A relaxing stop just an hour and a half away from Auckland.
Pros:

Very comfortable and clean rooms. Location is accessible to restaurants and shops.

Location was awesome, spa was lovely, bed was so comfortable and shower was great!

Loved the tea and coffee options in the room, perhaps a hot chocolate option would be good for kids.

Clean, comfortable and spacious.
Pros:

Very comfortable apartment. Friendly welcome and reception. Well equipped and clean. Lots of restaurants and a lovely walk around the lake nearby.

Lovely accomodation and staff , def don’t recommend room 118 due to external factors
Pros:

Staff were lovely and very accomodating and respectful - no complaints at all

Cons:

I struggled to sleep. Blackout blinds did not block out street lights and the 5 am truck driver delivery to what was probably McDonalds didn’t help
They may wish to be mindful that people are asleep when they drop their back trays

Nice hotel, amazing food, great helpful staff.
Pros:

Was nice and clean. Comfortable bed, staff were very friendly and helpful. Food is absolutely amazing, location is close to Hobbiton.

Cons:

Property is great. The city is very lovely but bit too chilled for me. We stayed 2 nights, 1 is enough in my opinion.
