We did not like the teas provided so an alternative brand would be good. I understand local support but the flavour profile did not work for us

Exceeded expectations
Pros:

Super new complex, very clean, great customer service and helpful, very easy walk into town our around the lake.

Cons:

Parking is in public area though no issues at all
