Accommodation and breakfast is not good. Staff is very professional. the hotel needs renovation

Staff is very good, very polite.

Cons:

The information about the rooms in the photos on the website and in the booking system is incorrect. I booked a room with a large terrace and chairs and a table on the terrace. Upon arrival, I was given a room exactly the same size but without a terrace. It wasn't until the next day after my arrival that I was given a room with a terrace. The terraces are located on the lower floors right next to the road, not on the upper floors. This creates discomfort because it feels like you're right on the road. Also, the breakfast was very weak. The food wasn't very tasty.

Family birthday and anniversary celebrations couldn’t have picked a better hotel.
Pros:

Excellent size room, very quiet location and staff were amazing very good customer service nothing was too much trouble!
Ivan on the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly too.
