Servicio excelente y buenísima ubicación
Pros:

Hotel con solera y clase, que se notan en un servicio impecable, atento e incluso simpático. La ubicación es excelente, la habitación cómoda y con ventanas dobles para más tranquilidad, ya que está en un lugar con tráfico. Viajamos con bebé y nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitamos: cuna, bañera y trona, además de un detalle para el bebé.

Cons:

El baño era un poco pequeño, con una bañera con mampara fija, lo cual dificultaba entrar y salir de ella. El bidé y el WC también un poco apretados.

Hotel accogliente, in ottima posizione, ottima pulizia sia della camera che delle parti comuni, letto e cuscini comodi, stanza silenziosa ( n 336 ), personale professionale e gentile, alto livello di attenzione al cliente, colazione strepitosa.
Ho usufruito del servizio in camera che è stato impeccabile.
E anche i massaggi nel centro Thai sono stati incantevoli.
È stato un soggiorno perfetto.

Pros:

The staff in all departments were great. Very helpful.

Cons:

The room had the smallest bathroom I have ever experienced in a 5 star hotel and the lighting was inadequate.
