Perfect hotel in Madrid

Pros:

The staff in all departments were great. Very helpful.

Cons:

The room had the smallest bathroom I have ever experienced in a 5 star hotel and the lighting was inadequate.

As always, perfect location, accomodation, services and staff friendliness are very good. Attention and some bonuses during the spanish holidays been amazing, appreciate it. Breakfast almost perfect in ground floor location.

Cons:

Some mess with Red Level servicing, mentioned level reception and concierge work are not perfect. Most disappointing was that you woke up and run to airport at mid of night, having a shower and suddenly getting out of shower gel, because room cleaning did not manage to check it (btw, this happens quite frequently, question to five star hotels management and room cleaning trainers - is it so difficult to train ppl to check this?!!!!)

Gran Meliá Fénix Madrid Review ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Pros:

Amazing stay! Minor AC issue in room but was quickly fixed by moving us to another room. Huge thanks to Alejandro, the front desk, bell staff, driver, and the Red Level Lounge kitchen/waitress team for making everything perfect. The hotel’s location was unbeatable — walking distance to Plaza de Colón, El Prado Museum, Retiro Park, and the luxury shops of Calle Serrano. Only small note: AC fan was a bit noisy, but overall an excellent experience!
