Excellent stay
Pros:

Excellent location, beautiful hotel with very comfortable beds and friendly staff.

Cons:

We booked two similar premium rooms but one was a bit on the small side.

Pros:

Hotel showed highly professional problem solving skills and extremely customer oriented. Had a paid and non-refundable booking at the hotel, done at the wrong dates, upon arrival had to make another booking, etc. Hotel actions and suport were great, with all aspects resolved, which let myself had a quiet and successful stay!

Cons:

Some notes has been done suring the previous stays, so no need to repeat.

Staff is the highlight of the hotel…. By far

Cons:

Bathrooms are completely outdated. Very small bathtub as only option to shower, sink faucet so short you can barely wash your hands.
I tried the hotel restaurant both with room service and at the restaurant. Both extremely overpriced and bad. How can you miss with a club sandwich + fries?
The elevator shook all the way up and down

Pros:

Hotel con solera y clase, que se notan en un servicio impecable, atento e incluso simpático. La ubicación es excelente, la habitación cómoda y con ventanas dobles para más tranquilidad, ya que está en un lugar con tráfico. Viajamos con bebé y nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitamos: cuna, bañera y trona, además de un detalle para el bebé.

Cons:

El baño era un poco pequeño, con una bañera con mampara fija, lo cual dificultaba entrar y salir de ella. El bidé y el WC también un poco apretados.
