Amikor megérkeztünk, a lakosztályban csak 20 C volt, amit hidegnek éreztünk, különösen a fürdőszobában, ahol az előírás szerint 24 C-nak kellett volna lenni. Szóltunk a magasabb hőmérséklet igénye miatt (22 C-t kértünk). Azt mondták, állítsuk be a termosztátokat a leírás szerint. Nos ez nem volt lehetséges, mert le volt valahogy kódolva, de ezt elhallgatták előlünk. Amikor újra szóltunk, hogy fázunk, akkor kaptunk 2 db olajradiátort, amelyek teljesítménye nem tudta ellátni a 160 m2 kellemes fűtését. Emellett elég illúzióromboló is volt a csodás lakosztályban a 2 db olajradiátor.

A parkolásért külön fizetni kellett.
A 3 méteres csillár, a hely kastélyok hangulata és a park.
A Fress Codot sokan nem tartottak be és nem is lett betartatva. A hely nívójából vesz le, hogy egyesek szabadidő nadrágban, vagy melegítő nadrágos bermudában, abszolút nem a hely szellemek megfelelően öltöztek fel a vacsorához, reggelihez. Kellemetlen volt.
Kényelmes,nagyon tiszta,személyzet nagyon kedves,figyelmesek,mindenkinek bátran ajánlanám aki pihenésre vágynak.
