Pros:

El hotel es perfecto! Tiene todo lo de un 5 estrellas para mi, y la ubicación es de lo mejor, su desayuno es excelente y sus camas son muy cómodas, la opción de bañera tmbn es excelente!

Excelente localização, conforto e custo benefício!
Pros:

Hotel muito bem localizado na Gran Via, próximo do metrô, de restaurantes. Funcionários muito educados e prontos a ajudar. Quarto de tamanho bom, cama confortável, banheiro espaçoso!

Cons:

O único ponto é que o ar condicionado não gelava tão bem e em uma época de extremo calor, faz falta.

Pues que, aunque no quiero ser injusto, y probablemente solo me pasó a mí. tuve que cambiar de habitación por problemas con el aire acondicionado y en la nueva, tuve que manejarle manualmente, apagarle y encenderle para disponer de un clima confortable.

Ottima la posizione, a pochi mt dalla metro Plaza de Espana.
Staff gentile e disponibile. Camera e bagno sufficientemente grandi per stare a proprio agio.

Cons:

Aggiungerei un frigo bar per poter tenere bevande fresche sempre a disposizione.

Lo céntrico que está, buen desayuno, las habitaciones chicas pero acogedoras y buen personal en general. Que te guardaban el equipaje.
