Pros:

It’s ok for work and just stay. To expensive compared to others. Even bathroom don’t have brush. If have to ask to reception for this.

Muy buena ubicacion en pleno centro de Madrid. Reciclado, cómodo, habitaciones amplias. Buenos colchones y almohadas, Baño grande, con bañera y artículos de aseo. Tiene bidet ! (En otras partes de Europa eso no se ve). Desayuno bueno pero no "muy bueno". La atención del Personal muy buena. Las fotos son tal cual aparecen en la información

Cons:

Dado el calor de Madrid en verano sería muy bueno que las habitaciones contaran con pequeño frigo bar o pequeña heladera para poder beber bebidas frescas y eso le aumentaría el puntaje.

La ubicación es perfecta para poder moverte por el centro. Creo que es uno de los puntos más fuertes del hotel, sumado a lo agradable que fue el personal siempre.

Cons:

En general el hotel cumple con las expectativas, pero hay un par de cosas que necesitan mejora. Las habitaciones apenas tienen luz. Parecerá una tontería, pero viajamos para ir a un concierto e intentar arreglarse en la habitación fue prácticamente imposible por la poca luz que había. Además la ducha perdía agua por todos lados y el baño se convertía en una piscina.

Me encantó la ubicación y el trato del personal, siempre muy cercanos y atentos.

Cons:

No me gustó el hecho de encontrarme algunos pelos en el desagüe de la ducha y que los muebles de la habitación estaban un poco antiguos y estropeados. De hecho tuve que ponerle un cartón a uno de los cajones de la mesilla de noche porque se abría solo.
