Бронировали номер а январе на июль. За день до приезда уточнили все ли в силе и можно ли приезжать. Нам ответили да. Утром в 8 утра выехали из Батуми в отель, чтобы в дальнейшем улететь домой. В 11:30, когда мы были в поезде и увидели позже, когда подъезжали к отелю, нам написали что произошла ошибка, мы не можем вас разместить, Отмените бронь пожалуйста. Но так как мы уже приехали мы зашли. В итоге с горем пополам нам дали номер, и то, потому что я видела что у них на сайте есть один номер. Спасибо и на этом)

Персонал отнёсся с вниманием ко всем вопросам,обеспечили трансфер из аэропорта в 2 часа ночи.Номера чистые,уютные.Очень удобно круглосуточная регистрация и позднее выселение.

Good stay if you dont care things
Pros:

Good near airport and gas stations. Was easy with rent car. And good parking.

Cons:

When we first go there they say paying is only with cash. It wasnt in the information in the booking side. And then they start asking more money. I booked the hotel with 29€ and they asked 35€. But after awhile they say 30€ is fine.
No warm water at all coming from shower.
Noise all night and bed’s was little bit dirty.

Pros:

I really liked the hotel, especially the staff's attitude. I arrived at night, was met, and checked in. The next morning, they helped me find a taxi to Vladikavkaz. I should note that I stayed until 3:00 PM and they didn't charge me extra. Don't believe what they say at the airport; they try to talk you out of going to this hotel and offer their own options where they take a cut. Also, be careful with taxi drivers; they charge five times the price or even more. If needed, they can arrange a transfer from the airport to the hotel for 15-20 GEL. Take care and don't fall for scammers.

Great Logistics but Unprofessional Billing Attempt
Pros:

Excellent Airport Transfer: The airport pickup at 1:30 AM was organized incredibly fast and efficiently.
Helpful Receptionist: The receptionist was available upon arrival and offered good assistance overall.

Cons:

Unprecedented Price Discrepancy: My room was booked for 80 Lari, but the receptionist asked for 90 Lari upon check-in. This has never happened to me at any other hotel before.
Cash-Only Inconvenience: The hotel only accepts cash. Since Georgian Lari cannot be obtained before arriving in the country, travelers are forced to use airport exchanges where rates are highly inflated. Because I had exchanged the exact amount needed for my booking beforehand, I refused to pay the extra 10 Lari. However, the situation itself was highly unprofessional and could have caused major issues.
Lack of Room Amenities: There were no remote controls in the room for the amenities.
