Utilitarian - we needed a hotel close to the airport, but everything was very substandard

Old and very tired. Not clean, beds were very worn, shower backed up.

На букинге пришло подтверждение бронирования. Приехал в отель, сказали номеров нет, и подтверждения бронирования не было.
Номера прокуренные, давно нужен ремонт

Pros:

Прилетел ночью и вылет был через 7 часов.
Кровать с постелью есть, туалет с душем есть, относительно тепло, что еще нужно что бы отдохнуть между рейсами. По любому лучше чем в аэропорту торчать. Тут хоть можно поспать.
Расположен в промзоне очень близко с аэропортом.
Для брезгливых скорее всего не подойдет.

The price matches the purpose of the stay for a short vis.
Pros:

Although the hotel is located in a very old building, it fully serves its purpose. It is the closest hotel to Tbilisi Airport, only about 3 km away, and is perfect for a short stay before a flight. The room and bathroom were clean, and the owner was very kind and took good care of us.

Cons:

The building is quite old and could benefit from some renovation and maintenance, but overall it serves its purpose well, especially for a short stay near the airport.

Pros:

Очень ужасный состояние комнаты, холодно дует с окна,

Cons:

Я приехал на адрес потом ждал, потом вышла тётенька , оплатил 90лари, пошли в комнату Катори собака там не будет жить , ужасно состояние холодно , с окна дует кондер не работает все порванные сырость, не соответствует на это цен.
