Perfect location for a working trip!
Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very rich: there were many choices from sweet to salty. The location is very convenient as it is in front of the Chamartín station which allows to move to city centre, but also to office area (e.g. Fuente de la Mora station).

Great 3 Night's stay and for exploring Madrid.
Pros:

The Location was perfect for us, right next to the Metro and Railway Station. Breakfast was really good. Room was big enough. All good. Nice and quiet.

Not Much. No British BBC News.

llamé días antes para asegurar que al llegar tendría la habitación disponible antes de la hora normal del checkin y me dijeron que no habría problema en entrar antes. lo que no me dijeron es que me cobrarían 15€ para poder entrar antes… al llegar era una habitación triple con cama supletoria para niños. olía mucho a cerrado y tenía telarañas, dando sensación de que la “limpieza” no era reciente. además, solo dejaron 1 botella de agua de cortesía cuando éramos 3 personas en la habitación. pedimos a la limpiadora de piso y (súper amable) nos dio dos más sin problema. cero amenities (gel de ducha, champú y jabón de manos) dando gracias a que había papel higiénico... también tuvimos que llamar a recepción porque la calefacción no calentaba. subió un técnico a arreglarlo y ya funcionaba sin problema aunque el radiador del baño goteaba. la sensación es que ni la habitación ni el hotel llegan a las estrellas que tienen: personal lento, ascensores insuficientes (uno se averió) y lentísimos, mobiliario antiguo, sin amenities…
