Ubicación excelente para moverse dentro de Madrid y para salir de esta.

Pros:

They fixed the elevators. Breakfast as always was fantastic. Staff was friendly. Location is great, easy access from the airport, and the Chamartin train station is right there.

Pros:

Front desk staff were fast and friendly, and the room was large and clean. The bathtub/shower was modern and had great water pressure.

Cons:

It is knlg a small thing, but a larger bed would have been nice instead of two pushed together, but it was still quite large and comfortable.

Bom custo benefício pra quem vai usar o trem
Pros:

Ao lado da estação, porem longe do centro. Quarto confortável, sem frigobar, instalações ok. Café da manhã super completo e muito gostoso. Recepção simpatica e solícita

Redondezas do hotel. Região não é bonita apesar de ser calma e pacata nos finais de semana

Es un hotel que nos gusta por su ubicación, el personal es muy atento y las habitaciones están correctas.

Cons:

Los productos sin gluten podrían ser de mejor calidad, el pan está bastante seco. Yo no pude tomar la leche sin lactosa caliente porque no vi ningún calentador o microondas. Desconozco si me la podían haber calentado.

Good value for the money spent
Pros:

The hotel is very well positioned. Just 2 minutes away from the train and metro stations. You have a train directly to the city center with only 2 stops and you're in 10 minutes in the city center. So definitely a 10+ for the location. The view from our room was directly to the Quatro Torres and it was quite incredible to see.

Cons:

There was a little bit of cold in the rooms, specially during the nights, we had to use 2 duvets to cover ourselves.

The lack of variety of vegetables at the breakfast was also a minus. We had only tomatoes in 2 of our 6 days there but other than that there were none and would've been a great add for breakfast.

Pros:

Excelente ubicación, justo al lado de la estación de Chamartín que era lo que queriamos porque teniamos que regresar al día siguiente muy pronto. Un gran punto fue el desayuno para llevar que nos dieron. El personal siempre atento y amable.

Nada, todo correcto. Lo usamos solo para pasar una noche y nos pareció bastante bien.
