No pool.open, no air-conditioning and no advance notice of this.
Pros:

Lovely breakfast. Big beds.

Cons:

Very tired rooms, whole hotel needs a refurb, shabby bsthrooms with bad tike repairs and damaged bath. No pool.open in April and no air-conditioning, felt very missold as this was why I booked here. Next tontrsinstation and few facilities nearby.

Pros:

As camas eram confortáveis e consegui descansar bem. A localização foi conveniente para mim, uma vez que estava a participar num congresso nas proximidades. O pequeno-almoço era bom, com alguma variedade. Destaco também a simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários ao longo da estadia.

Cons:

O hotel já é um pouco antigo, o que se nota nos pavimentos e na casa de banho. As janelas também são antigas e, apesar de existirem janelas duplas que ajudam no isolamento, há uma linha de comboio próxima. No geral, considero que o preço é relativamente elevado face à qualidade oferecida.

Pros:

Everything was perfect! The breakfast was perfect - one of the best I've had in life! The room was very big and it was very clean. It is close to the business centre of Madrid and in front of the Chamartín station, from where you could go to the city centre by train or metro, but the area around it was safe, unlike other stations. The staff was very nice, as well!

Cons:

There is nothing to complain about!

Pros:

El desayuno me pareció fabuloso, las habitaciones muy grandes y cómodas.

Cons:

Lo único que pediría algo más de variedad en el restaurante para niños. Nosotros tenemos q viajar todos los años para revisiones médicas en La Paz con la niña, y este hotel nos parece perfecto.
