Cons:

Nos dieron las llaves y al subir La habitación no estaba lista. Al reclamarlo nos hicieron esperar 30 min sin ofrecer nada.

De paso por Madrid, hotel bien conectado con el transporte
Pros:

Desayuno espectacular y variado. La ubicación es muy buena, justo frente a la estacion de trenes AVE y Metro, por lo que esta muy bien conectado. La cama muy cómoda, y pieza silenciosa, por lo que el descanso fué reparador

Cons:

Un poquito venido a menos, falta una pequeña remodelacion de las habitaciones, tal vez. Estuve dos veces en 10 dias....la segunda oportunidad pague 400 Euros la noche, la primera Solo 170 Euros....se que la oferta y demanda regulan los precios, pero me pareció demasiada la diferencia....

Ubicación y comodidad para la familia
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente porque está a 2 mi tíos andando de la estación de Chamartín desde donde salen todos los metros y cercanías de Madrid. Tiene una farmacia y bares cercanos y las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas.

Mesquinerie de la part du réceptionniste qui me réclame 12 euros de plus pour me donner la chambre standard à lit double pourtant réservée 1 mois plus tôt...

Not allowed to access breakfast buffet a few minutes before the opening time, even though it was ready, when I had to check out to head to the airport. Usually hotels offer some flexibility.
