Arbitrariamente cargaron una noche sin mostrarme la reserva que nunca me fue enviada a mi correo
Pros:

Hablé previo a mi llegada para confirmar mi reserva y me dijeron que no había nada. De hecho no enviaron correo de confirmación. Tuve que hacer la reserva a través de booking. Pero cuando llego al Hotel me dicen que esta duplicada la reserva y me cargaron una noche. No estoy de acuerdo. Porque llamé para preguntar. Entonces no tienen seriedad.
Si existió una reserva previa a booking nunca me enviaron una clave de confirmación.
Les encargo me devuelvan ese cargo por una noche.
Es una pena que éste hotel afiliado a Meliá tenga tan pésimo servicio en reservaciones.
