Muy viejo, malas insolaciones y los pasillos parecen laberintos. Luego súper caro para la calidad tan mala que tiene , pienso que lo único bueno que tiene es la ubicación, de resto todo muy malo y no había ni agua caliente

The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located right in the city center, making it incredibly convenient to explore everything nearby.
I would also like to highlight the professionalism and kindness of the staff. The operators and administrators were always polite, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed.

L'hôtel est très splendide, installé dans l'historique immeuble Carrion. La chambre est très spatieuse, bien équipée et confortable. La vue sur la Gran Via est exceptionnelle. Le personnel s'est montré très serviable lors de mon séjour.
