I cannot recommend Vincci Capitol highly enough. From my very first contact with the hotel, the communication was warm, professional and incredibly attentive.
My daughter travelled to Madrid with a friend for a very special birthday trip and to attend The Weeknd concert, and the Vincci Capitol team went above and beyond to make their stay truly unforgettable.
They surprised them with a beautiful room with a wonderful private terrace and lovely views over Madrid, but what touched us most was the incredible attention to detail. The room had been specially prepared with balloons, a bottle and glasses, delicious treats and a personalised message written on the mirror.
What made the surprise even more special was how thoughtfully they connected everything to their trip and The Weeknd concert. The “After Hours Start Here” card and the personalised message on the mirror, including “Enjoy an unforgettable stay in Madrid” and the reference to their “Birthday Night & The Weeknd”, were such creative and personal touches. It was clear that this was not simply a standard hotel welcome – someone had genuinely taken the time to create a very special experience just for them.
Even as her mother, I honestly don’t think I could have created anything more beautiful or thoughtful for her. Seeing how much care had gone into every little detail made me incredibly happy, and it meant more to me than I can say.
A very special thank you to Cristina, who was incredibly kind and helpful in our communication before their arrival. She listened to my request, kept it in mind and clearly did everything she could to make this stay memorable. Her kindness and personal attention meant a great deal to us.
The thoughtful service continued until the very end, when they also kindly offered the girls an extra hour for check-out, another gesture that was greatly appreciated.
