Estadía con reserva por error.

A pesar a explicamos las razones del no show a Westin Madrid, este no aceptó el cambio de la reserva o cambio de fechas de la habitación. Deberían en este sentido ser flexibles al ser una cadena hotelera con tanto prestigio.

Estupendo hotel, impecable atención , instalaciones, ubicación, desayuno fenomenal, un hotel fenomenal.

Cons:

No es culpa del hotel pero la estación de Metro Cuzco esta fuera de servicio por lo que es un poco lejano llegar a otra.
