Value and room size

Cons:

Wee did not get a ground floor room as requested and ended up with room right or entrance. Noisy and bright. The property was not busy.

Very clean exterior, lobby, common areas and room. Clerk was very helpful at checkin.

Due to location with freeways we heard traffic most of the night. Not exactly soothing nor relaxing.

Needs lots of updating. Pet friendly and you can tell! Bathtub in two separate rooms had rust in the bottom of the tub.

Good location but the hotel service and amenities were disappointing

Location was perfect . Lots of retail and restaurants nearby .. The room was clean . Staff was pleasant

Cons:

Elevator was shaking to the point my daughter and husband refused to use it. I’m handicapped so I had to. Breakfast said until 10 but when my husband went down at 945 they were already closing it down . The swim pool was closed due to ? The plug in bath didn’t work . No USB ports , Wi-Fi was pretty bad . The room I booked said had pull out couch but the room only had chairs .

Would stay here again! Overall a good value and the hotel was really well situated as far as location etc.
