Cons:

We couldn't get TV remote to work, tried buttons on the TV itself, called front desk and told us to do same things we had already tried. We ended up watching Netflix on the computer.
Bed was hard.
Toilet would run on and off for 30 minutes after flushing.

Suite was very spacious and comfortable.
Pros:

I had the biscuits and gravy. The biscuit was dry and hard and the gravy was cold. Not lukewarm but cold. My husband had a waffle and it was very good. They had sugar free syrup which most don’t offer. The orange juice was perfectly chilled and the fruit was also.

Cons:

This hotel could use some updating in many areas.
