Меня зовут Рустем, я из Казахстана. С 20 по 24 число я проживал в гостинице «Атлас» и хочу поделиться своими впечатлениями.
Персонал просто безупречный! С самого начала меня встретил водитель от гостиницы на комфортабельном автомобиле BYD — это сразу задало высокий уровень сервиса. Обслуживание было лучше, чем я когда-либо видел.
Каждый день меняли полотенца, в номере всегда было чисто и уютно. Бассейн тёплый, что очень приятно. Завтраки были очень разнообразными, а чай и сладости доступны круглосуточно — это отдельный плюс!
Сотрудники на ресепшене очень добродушные и гостеприимные, всегда готовы помочь. Видно, что команда подобрана профессионально — HR отлично справляется со своей работой.
Особая благодарность специалисту по имени Наурыз и всей команде — действительно правильно подобранные, отзывчивые и хорошие ребята.
Я остался в полном восторге от гостеприимства таджикского народа!

Pros:

Отель супер, трансфер из аэропорта и обратно бесплатный, завтрак супер, 24/7 можно перекусить и попить чай в холле, также предоставляется ужин за дополнительную плату, ужин отличный, расположение хорошее. Спасибо всему персоналу и водителям за ваш труд! Обязательно вернёмся!

Excellent. Really contributed to falling in love with the city, people and the country.
Pros:

Staff is very, extremely helpful and attentive. The rooms are very comfortable. The location was great for me. Availability of coffee and tea and sweets 24/7 is a bliss. I will certainly stay at Atlas again when back to Dushanbe.

Cons:

The breakfast was great. However, when staying for 14 days, like I did, one gets bored by the same dishes every morning. It's really not a problem, but I'd wish some variety of dishes every now and then.

«Остались только приятные впечатления от проживания. В номере чисто, удобно и по-настоящему комфортно. Персонал внимательный и доброжелательный, сервис на хорошем уровне. Отличное место для отдыха, с удовольствием остановлюсь здесь снова.»

Завтрак привосходный не говоря уже о других услугах бесплатный трансфер в Аэропорт.
