Es steht und fällt mit dem Personal - es war nicht gut

Personal absolute Katastrophe
Man musste für alles selber laufen, Essen kam nach 55 min (Currywurst und Ziegenkäse), war schon kalt, schmeckte auch nicht besonders

Godt og billigt
Pros:

Skønt hotel, som ligger fint når man blot skal have en overnatning for at skulle videre. Dejligt stort værelse med fin aircondition.

Die Raum hat keine Klima und keine Glas und Tee und alles ich glaub dieser Hotel ist nicht schön ja von die Foto ist sehr schön und sehr klug, aber von sehr sehr sehr sehr sehr schlimm

Ideal für einen Kurztrip nach Hannover
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten ist man an der Messe. Es gibt eine Tiefgarage (etwas eng, aber okay) und die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich. Mitarbeitende waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war lecker und ausreichen und der Fühstückssaal sehr nett eingerichtet. Das Foyer und die Bauweise hat mir und den Jungs (6 und 9) gut gefallen. Wir kommen wieder!

Cons:

Leider gab es keinen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer (mit Kindern ist immer etwas zu Essen übrig) und es gab einen Duschvorhang (ist nicht schlimm, aber ich mag sie nicht ;-) )

Pros:

We stayed in a Junior Suite. The air conditioning was excellent. The room was very spacious, quiet, and had a lovely view of the garden. We were truly able to relax and get some rest.

Nähe zur Autobahn damit man schnell weiter kommt.

Cons:

An der ein oder anderen Stelle in den Zimmern etwas in die Jahre gekommen, bei für einen kurzen Aufenthalt vollkommen in Ordnung-

Klimatisierte Suite. Tiefgarage unter dem Gebäude. Direkte Anbindung Schnellstraße und Autobahn. Bedienung im Restaurant sehr nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Check in ab 15:00 war vorab angegeben und akzeptiert. Bei Ankunft 15:05 war das Zimmer noch nicht fertig und ein anderes Zimmer wurde gegeben. Gebuchtes Zimmer sollte eine Küchenzeile beinhalten. Diese hatte keine. Bei Rückfrage an der Rezeption wurde ausgesagt, es gäbe keine Junior Suite mit Küchenzeile. Beim Auschecken habe ich die Buchung vorgezeigt, damit die Informationen angepasst werden können. Der Mitarbeiter am morgen versicherte, dass es dies gibt und mir dann die Parkgebühr für die eine Nacht erlassen. Zimmer war groß. Man merkt allerdings an der Substanz und in den Gängen das Alter des Gebäudes. 2 Personen im Zimmer gebucht, nur einmal Bademantel und Hausschuhe im Zimmer hinterlegt. Kosmetiktücher im Bad waren bis auf 2 leer. Wasserflecken an der Decke im Wohnzimmer. Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer defekt. Tee und Kakao, wie beschrieben,wurde nicht vorgefunden.
