A very serene and scenic place to live in Almaty despite being absolutely value for money.
Pros:

As shown in the website the mapples created a breathtaking view of falls all around, as expected as experienced. It was a big sports complex with lot of sports grounds like for football, tennis and all, which my boys absolutely loved. We liked exploring every corner of the complex, giving us pure autumn vibes. A big shout out to the wonderful ladies at management for making our stay comfortable and memorable.

Cons:

One little thing:no porters were there to carry the luggages upstairs.However, it may be the standard practice there we did not know before. So we respected the practice and managed quite well.

Номер уютный и комфортный, требуется освежить потолки, не приятное впечатление от потолка
Pros:

Завтрак был более полным и разнообразным, чем в прошлом году. Была удивлена расширением ассортимента фруктов, арбуз и дыня осень порадовали. Нарезка апельсинов была не плохая!

Cons:

Яблоки были деревянные и не вкусные, каши тоже можно расширить ассортимент 2 хотя бы на выбор и менее густо сваренные. Омлет, яичница глазунья прекрасно, но не хватает яйца пашот например.
Ассортимент сыра также можно расширить, как и колбасы.

In general, it is good place to stay.
Pros:

I like the surroundings. It was full of trees and the place was very quiet. The breakfast is really tasty. There is a sportsground for football and a swimming pool. I really liked the place. It is good.

Cons:

The tea kettle was from plastic. The security staff doesn't allow taxis into the hotel place. We were with a small child and a stroller and it was really difficult to persuade them to allow the taxi go inside the gates.

Номер приятный, чистый, удобный. Пахнет хлоркой, еда очень вкусная, и завтракали и обедали, и ужинали👍 территория чистая, персонал очень приятный! Спасибо девушкам на ресепш, и встретили и проводили очень хорошо 😊 нам все очень понравилось!
