The breakfast was pretty good
This hotel seems old our room was quite dark and outdated, I was a bit deceived by the online pictures prior to arriving it wasn’t a good vibe for me but for others it may be just fine, our hotel key cards didn’t want to work most of the time which was annoying, and the bathrooms in general could use some work the shower floor was very slippery for some reason and the water seemed to have soap in it I never truly felt clean, and they’re very small. The rest of the room was fine and clean and quite spacious in the end we’re gonna find a different hotel to book our next Jacksonville visit.

The area was a plus and within a half mile to Wal-Mart.
I had roaches in the room when I first got there. Then woke up to one on the wall above my head. I was so afraid they would get in my luggage.
Location to our planned event. Staff was exceptional
Wet spot in carpet from some unknown source. They put towels down for us to walk on.

The staff is so helpful and courteous.
The breakfast room is quite small, and there are limited options for guests who follow a gluten-free diet.
The breakfast could have more variety. No cold milk to drink in the refrigerator.

Location. Front desk was super nice. Great breakfast. Comfortable clean and great smelling
Breakfast was good, Room size was good. Bed was ok.
The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. The room had a very musty odor. When I called the front desk they said they would contact the maintenance man. He came and sprayed a deodorant spray literally called "funk away". He sprayed it in the room, closet, air conditioner and filter. Then said "is good?" He then proceeded to leave. The order was gone for a day. It was back the very next day. We were only staying one more night, so I did not request a different room. I really wish I had. The room number was 512 and I am positive there is mold in that room. I will never stay in their hotels again, unless they fix the problems with their rooms.
