H10 Casa de la Plata

Fabulous hotel with great service a convenient location! We stayed there for 4 nights the end of June through early July 2026. The hotel was lovely with fun art work in our room. We had evening cocktails on the roof bar each night and enjoyed the view and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived, the service has been exceptional. Every member of staff has been friendly, cheerful, attentive, and genuinely welcoming.

The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city, and the hotel itself is beautifully presented. The décor is elegant, the air conditioning throughout is excellent (a real bonus in Seville!), and the Wi-Fi is reliable.

Our room has been impeccably cleaned every day. The bed linen is soft, the towels are large, fluffy and spotless, and the robes are a lovely touch. The shower is excellent, and the toiletries smell amazing and feel luxurious.

Breakfast has been super. There’s a great selection, and it’s a lovely touch that fresh croissants and juice are brought to your table shortly after you arrive.

The rooftop pool is the perfect place to relax after sightseeing, and the staff there are just as warm and attentive as everyone else in the hotel.

H10 has exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Loved this hotel. So central, brilliant rooftop bar/pool and our group of 4 had no issue finding a place to relax each afternoon. Bedroom was traditional modern, equipped with everything we needed. Staff were all welcoming and helpful, nothing was a problem. Would return without hesitation.

Location in centre of old town! Perfect! Service very attentive when needed, friendly . Two bottles of water per day provided definitely needed in July!. they upgraded us to a larger room as we were staying a week. Very well appointed room, very clean had everything you could possibly need. Bed great and slept better here than at home! quiet hotel, never heard the neighbours. Rituals products and choice of pillow. Safe.. Good value for money . Had breakfast downstairs in the breakfast room. Excellent choice and presentation.

Lovely few days in Seville. Hotel is lovely and very central. Staff very helpful and the pool on the rooftop terrace was a godsend given the soaring temperatures. Lovely way to spend the late afternoon after sightseeing.

Location was perfect! Next to Las Setas and the Cathedral. The atmosphere had a slow vibe and the staff was phenomenal giving recommendations for a one day visit. We wished we would have stayed longer! The room was fantastic with comfortable pillows and sheets. The bathroom was beautiful with two shower heads and beautiful touches. The breakfast area was unexpected with an open atrium and beautiful chandelier.

It’s ideally situated right in the old town with easy access to all the sights
The concierge staff were extremely helpful and gave us tips on places to eat and visit.
The rooms felt opulent and very very clean. Super comfy beds and great Aircon
The pool and bar area on the roof were ideal for realxing during the hot afternoons or having an evening drink. Again the bar staff here were great.
The breakfast room was really clean and spacious. The food was of a high standard and service excellent

Overall this was a great H10 hotel and we would stay again when going to Seville

Nice and stylish decorated hotel in the heart of the oldtown of Sevilla, with a nice pool-rooftop, overviewing the city. I highly point out the hospitality of the front desk manager Cristina and the bartenders Giovanni and Rafa!!! I definitely will be back :-)

We came here as a group of ladies to enjoy a break for my 60th birthday. We were greeted on arrival with a glass of fizz..the staff on reception were exceptionally friendly and welcoming giving us lots of information about the local area. Our rooms were immaculate and beautifully furnished with rituals toiletries. Our rooms were cleaned daily, with complimentary water, and espresso coffee machine. A kettle was provided on request. The beds were super comfy and communal areas were beautifully furnished and immaculate.The rooftop bar and pool was a great place to relax. Again the staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool towels were available free of charge. Only downside, there were only 4 sunloungers and the rest of seating was deckchairs. We would of loved a lounger but they were always taken. We chose room only so didn't eat in the hotel. There were loads of bars open quite early and had very reasonably priced breakfasts, lunches and dinner. There was a small supermarket right outside of hotel, with ample fruit, water and snacks. The hotel has an excellent location and you can walk to all the historical sights such as the palace and cathedral were only 10 minutes away. This hotel was perfect for our break and Seville is a beautiful place for a short break

A very fantastic luxury 4 night break at this perfect hotel from start to finish it was flawless the rooms the staff the food the location the overall brand shines through not only are the staff very helpful but they have extensive knowledge on the city from the moment you walk through the lobby doors they greet you with a welcome drink giving you maps to help you navigate this complicated city they speak fluent English and nothing is too much trouble
The hotel is flawless in not only looks but sound proofing hardly any noise heard the aircon is top notch and the aspects of the finishes are idilic very stylish and kept to a high standard
I hope to return in the future to another H10 brand after this experience as I hope the Seville hotel is not a one off
I’d love to say a few special thanks to certain staff but failed to get there names one being a gentleman on the front desk who we dealt with
And another the lady in the breakfast front of house with short hair both went the extra mile

Superb hotel and top class service. We had a 3 night stay at this fabulous hotel and were impressed by every aspect. From the friendly welcome at reception and glass of chilled cava we received on arrival, to the moment we left, each of the hotel employees we spoke to went over and above to make our stay the best. The views from the rooftop bar were gorgeous, and pre dinner drinks up there while watching the sunset are a must. The rooms are beautifully appointed, spacious and immaculately clean. The breakfast buffet was probably the most amazing I have ever seen, the quality, variety and presentation. The location is perfect right in the old town and within walking distance of so many great places. We loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. The hotel employees make this such a special place.

We have just returned from a three night stay at this hotel and it was quite simply fabulous!
We arrived late Saturday evening and the reception staff were so welcoming; plus being greeted by a glass of ice cold cava was very nice. We were talked through check in and given a map and recommendations where to pop out for some late night tapas which we did.
Our room 301 was right outside the lift on floor 3 but so quiet and didn’t hear a peep from it or any other guests.
Breakfast was a pleasure and the staff efficient and friendly… also can recommend the omelettes cooked freshly to order. The breakfast area down on -1 is lovely and so tranquil and sets you up for a day exploring.
We also used the pool which was beautiful and spotlessly clean with towels provided.
A huge plus point if you are considering this hotel though is the location, if you turn right out of reception you are a few minutes from some great streets for shopping. Straight ahead and a lovely ten minute walk brings you to the cathedral and royal alcazar and turn left outside hotel and in a minute you are at Metropol Parasol.
If you are considering Seville, just book it and come, it is just beautiful and I have fallen a little in love with this stunning city.
We have stayed in many h10 hotels across Europe and have to say this is our favourite. Cannot fault a thing, it’s perfection and we will be back! ❤️

First visit to Seville. Lovely hotel spotlessly clean rooms (with lots of mirrors and a full size one which is great)
Breakfast was fresh with a big choice
Had lunch on the rooftop terrace which was also very nice.
Nb try the margherita I’m not a huge fan but reallyyyy nice here!!
All staff very helpful and kind
Will definitely be back
Only small gripe if you have a later flight the shower option is on the roof top terrace but it’s not a cubicle
