We have just returned from a three night stay at this hotel and it was quite simply fabulous!
We arrived late Saturday evening and the reception staff were so welcoming; plus being greeted by a glass of ice cold cava was very nice. We were talked through check in and given a map and recommendations where to pop out for some late night tapas which we did.
Our room 301 was right outside the lift on floor 3 but so quiet and didn’t hear a peep from it or any other guests.
Breakfast was a pleasure and the staff efficient and friendly… also can recommend the omelettes cooked freshly to order. The breakfast area down on -1 is lovely and so tranquil and sets you up for a day exploring.
We also used the pool which was beautiful and spotlessly clean with towels provided.
A huge plus point if you are considering this hotel though is the location, if you turn right out of reception you are a few minutes from some great streets for shopping. Straight ahead and a lovely ten minute walk brings you to the cathedral and royal alcazar and turn left outside hotel and in a minute you are at Metropol Parasol.
If you are considering Seville, just book it and come, it is just beautiful and I have fallen a little in love with this stunning city.
We have stayed in many h10 hotels across Europe and have to say this is our favourite. Cannot fault a thing, it’s perfection and we will be back! ❤️
First visit to Seville. Lovely hotel spotlessly clean rooms (with lots of mirrors and a full size one which is great)
Breakfast was fresh with a big choice
Had lunch on the rooftop terrace which was also very nice.
Nb try the margherita I’m not a huge fan but reallyyyy nice here!!
All staff very helpful and kind
Will definitely be back
Only small gripe if you have a later flight the shower option is on the roof top terrace but it’s not a cubicle
We have visited three times already, and every stay has been consistently excellent. The service is very good and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Breakfast is plentiful, with a great selection, and we especially appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the staff.
Everything is perfect, especially the rooftop pool, which is ideal during the hottest months. The hotel is also very well located, making it a great choice for exploring the area. We always enjoy our stay and look forward to returning.
Stayed for our final night in Seville.
Incredibly beautiful place and rooms. Polite staff and great service.
Breakfast was great and tasty.
Worth it 100%
We had a wonderful three nights at this location. The staff were excellent. Excellent amenities! The rooftop pool was a great break during the siesta!
Exquisite experience in all ways. The staff was extremely helpful to ALL of our questions and requests...and they even gifted us with a bottle of Cava (Spanish sparkling wine). I have never previously commented on a hotel's linens...BUT the quality of their bedsheets was noticeably softer than 99% of others! And few things provide that feeling of luxury than high-quality linens.
Absolutely perfect! The best location, everything in walking distance. The hotel is immaculate with everything you need and more, the staff can’t do enough for you and so helpful, beautiful room with air con and ceiling fan and the rooftop pool was a must in 41 degrees! So much to see and do, Seville is stunning and I would 100% return to this hotel. Thank you
very comfortable room, excellent staff and breakfast
Şehir merkezine yakınlığı otelin temizliği ve kahvaltısı
Hiçbir yonu yok
This was our favorite hotel of our entire Spain trip! The location was perfect—everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, making it incredibly easy to explore Seville with our kids.
The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, and the food was excellent. The hotel itself has such a beautiful atmosphere, with thoughtfully decorated rooms that felt both stylish and comfortable.
The rooftop was definitely one of the highlights. We especially loved Amaia at the rooftop bar—she was so friendly, personable, and made every visit memorable.
We stayed for three nights, but we honestly wish we had stayed longer. If you're visiting Seville, we can't recommend this hotel enough. It was the perfect home base for our family and easily the standout hotel of our trip.
Excellent a million times! Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Shout out to Christina, David, Rafael and all other staff.
Alles was prima
Niets
Everything about this hotel was perfect - location, staff, rooms, pool, atmosphere. It was a wonderful stay.
Absolutely wonderful hotel. Perfect location and outstanding staff. Location is beyond perfect for exploring beautiful Seville. Two authentic flamenco shows within 5 minute walking distance just added to the experience.
The breakfast was fabulous, beautiful restaurant and we had dinner twice in the rooftop bar. There is nothing to say about this hotel other than it is absolutely perfect for a stay in Seville.
I looked at so many hotels prior to our 4 day trip and you never quite know if your final choice will live up to expectation - but - this hotel exceeds expectations. Palace, Cathedral, Setas de Seville, Plaza de Americas, all within 30mins walking distance. Oh and visit the Magellan museum - not heavily promoted - but so interesting and well done.
Suffice to say we loved Seville and this gorgeous hotel!
Check is was quick and friendly did not offer us our welcome drink at this point but we asked if we could get one later which we did.
Our room (junior suite) was large and very comfortable, narrow window so a little dark.
Breakfast was very good with everything you need, can order hot food which I did but the omelette was small so next day ordered two.
Roof was was large and very nice to relax, they do not have many beds which there is room for but deck chairs which are not great to sit on.
Nice pool cool off, drinks were good.
Good location for us.
We enjoyed our stay very much.
The room was clean and stylish, and the food and service on the roof top was good.
The room was a little small and the roof top "pool" was more of a 'plunge pool" - it needs more shade during the summer months.
