A great, centrally located hotel with exceptional service and comfortable spacious rooms.
Pros:

The staff was welcoming from the moment we entered the lobby. They were quick to orient us to our neighborhood and to suggesting nearby restaurants, sites of interest and night life. The lobby was spacious and welcoming with plenty of comfortable seating. The room, the morning breakfast, and the room staff were all exceptional.

Perfect stay for my friends and I to celebrate our 40th birthdays!
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Lovely location. Staff friendly. Room nice and pool was an added bonus in the exceptional heat

Cons:

Would have liked more sun loungers by the pool as there was room.

Great stay!
Pros:

Loved staying here for 3 nights. The hotel is so close to the main sites in the city center. You walk out the door and lots of places to shop and eat. That said it was very quiet. The ground floor of the hotel has comfy sofas and chairs for people to sit and enjoy a drink from the bar/restaurant or read a book. Our room was super comfy, modern and clean. The people at the desk were friendly, professional and very helpful. The map with restaurant/tapas bars provided was spot on. The only issue we had was with the lights in our room. The service people came right away and though one of the switches began working we still could not just turn on a lamp without the overhead light coming on. That said we would definitely stay here again, or at a sister hotel.

Excellent Hotel for visiting Seville
Pros:

Excellent location, just perfect for a short stay as most of the tourist sites could be reached by walking. The rooms are beautifully appointed and the bed was extremely comfortable. The pictures on the walls are amusing!
Beautiful view from the rooftop bar. All the staff we interacted with were extremely helpful .

Cons:

The description of some of the items on the breakfast menu was a bit misleading. The hotel is located in the old town in an area with only pedestrian access. The taxis therefore drop you off as near as possible and it is a short walk. This may be unsuitable if you have limited mobility.
The rooftop pool is in reality is a plunge pool.
