The ladies that work at the desk are so rude that I canceled after talking to them
Pool and spa
Mice crawling everywhere
Everything bout this place is great
I like everything but they need to have muffins everyday for a choose at breakfast
No breakfast offered
Lost kids at front desk, cops had to come, TV in room broke, staff could not fix, couch had bodily fluid stains, chair had similar white crust substance, toilet dirty, shower dirtyno sheets or bedding for pull out bed. People running up and down halls beating on doors all night. Refrigerator looked like it had been shot at 100 times, in serious need of an over haul on entire property. Very poor experience
It was ok. Could of had a bigger variety.
No AC, the ac/furnace unit was broke didn't blow any cold air and making loud noise so the maintenance had to just shut it off so it was hot in there. The elevator didn't work and we had to stay on the second floor. I have bad knees and had a hard time going up and down the steps. They could not move us to another room because they were sold out.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating.
There were several things in disrepair in our room. The shampoo conditioner bottles had clearly been used as they were nearly empty. There was a strong smell of weed/cigarette smoke throughout the property. We barely slept because the room across the hall was so incredibly loud. I can't believe we paid what we did for that experience.
Right by freeway
Dirty room I had dog hair in my bed and asked them to change it they said they would change out the bed that never happened breakfast food was cold and hardly available staff acted as if they didn’t want to work there pool was nasty hallway smelled like marijuana consistently ice machine broken over all was definitely not worth the nightly price just terrible and I booked a king size bedroom room and was given a queen size bed uncomfortable and terrible never will stay there again ever when I come back to visit my son at college
The breakfast was a great variety and very good. The in room kitchen was nice and functional. The room was overall clean. The bathtub in the room was excellent and comfortable.
The elevator was broken, which made taking luggage to and from the room very difficult. My mom has a heart condition and wasn’t able to walk up and down flights of stairs often throughout the day. Our rooms were on completely different floors even though I booked 6 months in advance. There was a bag of sheets left in the room that smelled so bad I had to put them in the hallway. The air conditioning wasn’t working in my room and took 3 reminders to the front desk for it to be taken care of. I got a window unit on my last day there. The key cards constantly deactivated which caused multiple trips to the front desk. The pool area was very slippery.
I don't know how I missed it, but there's BREAKFAST! The pool & hot tub are nice. The two-bedroom suite we booked was AWESOME! Having items like pots, a pizza pan, pot holders, and other kitchen utensils in the kitchen was a plus! An onsite grill, tennis court, and gym are all bonuses too!
The sauna was closed. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the rooms are basically non-existent, so small.
a small odor in the room and the the plug on the bathtub did not work so you could take showers only'
The pool was great and as was the breakfast
I am disabled, their elevators were down and no staff could help me with my bags
Indoor heated pool area was nice. Staff was very friendly. Room was bigger than expected and didn't expect full-size fridge, cooktop, and dishwasher.
We couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi for the hotel (ended up using Splash Lagoon's but kept getting kicked off), had leaking through the bathroom light both nights we stayed (no one ever even came to look at it and there were no rooms to move us to), and there were never towels for the pool. Breakfast was mediocre.
