Pros:

Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Our AC did not work and it was 76 our whole stay. The tub was very dirty. The bathroom door stuck to the floor when closing and was not able to shut all the way. The kitchen table leg seemed to be broke and was leaning. There was a tile missing and broken off from under the kitchen sink. The bed was not comfortable at all. Overall the cleanliness and maintenance upkeep was not good.

It sucked

The idea that it had a 2 bedroom suite

Cons:

booking.com overbooked the 2 bedroom suite and the hotel gave us a 1 bedroom suite with a sleeper sofa and roll away bed that were very uncomfortable. The room was dirty. The coffee pot was broken the refrigerator made terrible noises. We were given a cheaper and smaller room but the hotel charged us the same price as the better more expensive room. We paid when we got to the hotel so it was not like we had already paid. To hotel did not even offer a discount for the trouble and inconvenience and the crappy room. We left an after one day and told the staff why and they did not even care. I reached out to booking.com since it was their fault about the double booking and they reached out to the hotel but the hotel will not answer the call.

It was okay, but probably wouldn’t book again.
Pros:

How close it was to everything & the free breakfast was really good.

Cons:

Kinda outdated. And the fact that anything to drink or snack on was OVER priced & very limited. 1 bottle of water was $4. One regular size candy bar or bag of chips was $4/each .

I would stay again but only for a couple nights unless they get new beds.
Pros:

The location is central to shopping, Presque Isle, restaurants and is very close to Splash Lagoon.

Having a separate living room and kitchen was really convienent. Shower had good pressure and was warm right away. Ice machines worked and breakfast was plentiful.

Cons:

Our bedroom had 2 double beds and was kind of tight. The beds were really hard but we were only there one night.

This location seems like an older property. There were window air conditioners in the living room and bedoom and no fan in the bathroom.

Pros:

We loved everything. The room as spacious and clean. The jacuzzi tubs were an added bonus. The pool and hot tub were great! Great breakfast buffet.

Cons:

They don't clean the rooms every day. Only after 4 days stay. We could have used fresh towels without having to hunt someone down. And yeah cans in the room were small for a family with 3 kids.
