I love the convenience of having two bedrooms and a kitchen it was like having our own little apartment I also love the fact that my dog was welcome there as she is a service dog and I need her

The continental breakfast selection was absolutely amazing!!
The front desk staff were a bit rude and seemed annoyed, when asked any questions.
HVAC system shut off and on all night making it difficult to get a decent night sleep. Also, I believe all motels that say they are "pet friendly", should list the price. Travelers should not be surprised with a $75 fee, especially when it's only a mediocre motel, I don't think the carpets had a "deep" cleaning anytime recently. The tub was disgusting, the finish peeling off.
I like the spaciousness of the room. The rooms were clean.
For being a smoke hotel, we smelled marijuana in the hall every time we came or left our room. Also, There was no conditioner or body wash in second bathroom and when asked for some I was told they would bring it to the room but we never received it.
The stuff was excellent and so willing to help with anything that we needed
The room was not very clean. There was french fries left in the microwave from the previous people and their room just needed some updates and repairs of things.
The property is very clean. The sweet we had was pretty big and I loved this layout of it. I also liked the pool area with the whirlpool. I have attached pictures of our room as we were getting ready to leave. I absolutely loved the suite.
The Staff was great!
The king bed we had was absolutely terrible. Everything was sticky feeling. The bed had a dirty comforter on it.
The location was good, being attached to the water park was a plus.the staff was very helpful and polite.
We were not informed that housekeeping was not done in the rooms daily unless requested ahead of time. It would be helpful if there was a notice in the rooms about this and also listing the times for pool and breakfast.

Staff was rude at times paying extra for splash lagoon it should absolutely be included no matter how or where you booked your room from period! Currently we're harrassed and treated lower than. Like scum.
My king room was cozy,comfy bed,quiet,I loved the pool,hottub,workers were nice,the breakfast was great,I loved my stay.wish I could have stayed longer!

Staff were less than professional. Connected to splash lagoon many children on site. Foul language, unprofessional, and rude to guests. All staff were outside smoking while phones are ringing, guests attempting to check out and breakfast depleted.
