Pros:

There was mold on our bedroom wall where the window is obviously from long term leaking and the bathrooms were not very clean!

Would choose this property again if we ever come to Splash Lagoon.
Pros:

Attached to Splash Lagoon. Very close to restaurants. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Warm indoor pool and spa.

Not sure if we will chance this hotel going forward.

It’s familiar. We have stayed here several times

Cons:

Seems like they are not maintaining the property very well. I booked a bdrm deluxe suite, had to request to move rooms after the first night. Fireplace did not work and bathroom fan which was very loud, went on and off automatically every 20 minutes overnight. 2nd room was a little better however there was a point where the heat wasn’t working and the room went very cold. After fidgeting with the thermostat, we got the heat working again. We have stayed at this hotel several times. This stay was most disappointing.

No housekeeping, back of remote was torn, kept getting cold & then real hot. The couch bed was super thin could feel the springs

Pros:

Staff was wonderful but we requested a cleaning service for our 4th day and never got our room cleaned. Started in one room and our room flooded from the ceiling they were kind enough to move us.

Cons:

Having to go get out own towels and garbage bags

Nice rooms
Pros:

The room was nice and accommodating. Very clean. Breakfast was good. The pool and hot tub looked inviting. Staff was great. Beds were comfy.

Cons:

Dog fee of 75. Then no place to walk them. There were no places for people to put their smoked cigarettes so they were everywhere outside. Smokers at every entrance.
