I liked the size of our 2 bedroom room. The kitchen area was very convenient. Also 2 bathrooms were nice with 4 people. One with walk in shower other with tub.
I didnt care for breakfast but not going to complain for free food.
The staff were very friendly. The pool was actually heated like they said and the hot tub was functioning (a rarity these days) and nice.
It was nice that parking and the continental breakfast were included. The staff member at evening arrival was very welcoming and friendly. The bed was very comfortable.

People smoking pot in the rooms on the property. The whole place smelled like pot.
Loved the pool and hot tub. The outside patio area was really cute. Definitely planning on using it more for our next stay. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really good too. I was expecting grab and go muffins, cereal, etc, but they actually had hot foods, eggs, sausage, home fries and a waffle maker plus yogurt, fruit and, juice. The kitchen in the room was nice too...full fridge, stove top, and it was stocked with plates, glasses, silverware, even a toaster and some basic pots and pans, strainer, etc. Definitely staying here again!!
Not really anything that I didn't like. Some of the furniture was a little worn, and the chair had a stain on it, but honestly stying here with 3 kids, I was ok that it was not in pristine condition as my kids can be rough with things!

I liked that it was close to local restaurants and stores, my daughter enjoyed the pool and hot tub, the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good.
I did not like how rude the staff was, we arrived at 4:00pm, our check in time, and our room was not ready for another hour. When our room was ready we were waiting at the elevator with our luggage, and as soon as it opened the staff cut us off and went inside, and we had to wait again. We got to our room that was “freshly cleaned” and there were stains all over the floor, hair in the tub, wallpaper ripped off the wall in two places, a hole punched in the bathroom door. We called the front desk for more towels and washcloths the second day, and they said we’d have to go down to get them because staff doesn’t deliver it to us, which I’ve never had to do at a hotel. Then we decided to go to splash lagoon and on the television in our room it was advertised “ask about discounted water park admission at the front desk” to which we did, and they had no clue what we were talking about! So we paid full price for it even though our hotel was connected to the water park.
Very clean place with friendly staff and loved the pool and breakfast..
There wasnt anything I didnt like about my stay.
I love the convenience of having two bedrooms and a kitchen it was like having our own little apartment I also love the fact that my dog was welcome there as she is a service dog and I need her

The front desk staff were a bit rude and seemed annoyed, when asked any questions.
HVAC system shut off and on all night making it difficult to get a decent night sleep. Also, I believe all motels that say they are "pet friendly", should list the price. Travelers should not be surprised with a $75 fee, especially when it's only a mediocre motel, I don't think the carpets had a "deep" cleaning anytime recently. The tub was disgusting, the finish peeling off.
I like the spaciousness of the room. The rooms were clean.
For being a smoke hotel, we smelled marijuana in the hall every time we came or left our room. Also, There was no conditioner or body wash in second bathroom and when asked for some I was told they would bring it to the room but we never received it.
