TULIP INN AL DAAR RAWAFID

The haram view is superb, the day manager I think his name was zayd - gave services beyond expected. Very friendly staff, rooms are clean and spacious - highly recommended. We shifted to another hotel near by and can find big difference in quality of services.

I have had the most incredible experience at Tulip Inn. It is right next to the mosque, so it was incredibly inconvenient. Mr. Khaled at the reception has shown me the utmost kindness and gave me the most beautiful suite. He was so friendly when he spoke with me and so well mannered. My room was clean and very nice. It had all the amenities I needed. And the best part is as soon as I parted my window curtains, I had an amazing view of the mosque. I would also like to thank Molla and Areef for all their help. I am looking forward to visiting Madinah again and will certainly be booking with Tulip Inn.

Clean and good food. Parking is limited but there is paid parking at the masjid and free parking lot nearby. Friendly staff.

I believe it was sofia (syrian hijabi)....she was the nicest person i met in my 2 days in medina. She was helpful with information and even gave me an extended check out. Breakfast was surprisingly v good too

They gave us a room with a broken hot water tank and therefore there wasn’t much hot water to shower with
Then it started leaking in our washroom
We were going for Umrah so obviously we try to deal with it with patience but it’s still hard with small children
Had high hopes for this place but unfortunately was ultimately disappointed

Great place to stay. Just few mins walk to the masjid.

Love the property. Close proximity to the haram. One point to note that this area is a quiet area compared to the other location nearby haram.

Receptionists were very nice. The room is very clean and if you call them they are very helpful. Masjid al nabawi is right across the street.

Mr. Khalid was a very, very helpful great smile went above and beyond to satisfy our stay. The rooms are very clean and neat very very close to the prayer area. As a matter of fact, you can pray while in the room because you’re considered inside the Haram. I definitely recommend this hotel for anyone would like to be close to the prayer area.

I booked a room but my plan had changed. I informed them more than a month ago, but didn’t provide a refund. Didn’t even respond to my request.

- the bathroom roof was leaking with water
-Call reception multiple times to come fix the water temperature. I showered with freezing cold water every time.

It was a pleasant stay.

Extremely bad Customer Service took them 3 days to change my room no hot running water for 3 days and they finally changed it when the water started leaking from bathroom roof

work of advice talk to manager instead of staff they will hide the situation from the Manager.

Very close to Masjid Nabwi, literally opposite gate 320. The hotel is nice, clean and customer service was good. Breakfast options were basic but lovely. The view from the dining area was of the masjid.

Hotel room was clean, good quality of bedding/pillows including bathroom towels. Conveniently located near the masjid. 5 minute walk to Gate 318 or 320. Above average breakfast, staff was very helpful during our stay.
Street level noise was high due to the construction right across the hotel, rooms walls are so thin that you can hear others and a loud door banging noise throughout the day from neighboring guest’s room.
