They did not honour my booking and despite me showing them proof on the phone they said it was a fake booking and they had no space.

Swimming pool clerk man who works there.. verry bad attitude... in the room its whriten Swimming close at 10 pm.... si I went there at 8 30 pm ... and I met this clerk working there talking to me verry rude....
Lovely room with balcony. Great gym and swimming pool. Lovely staff.
No towels at swimming pool and lockers do not work. If you want to eat locally, have to get a taxi.

Room was confortable and location peaceful.
The spa was closed when we visited for renovations and restaurant was only open for breakfast. Location of the hotel is away from main food strip so needed to get a taxi in there. Not far but didnt realise we were so far out of Sapa town - about an hour. Only 1 person spoke english, however, we got by with google translate.
the gym is modern, can get a really decent work out in. Big swimming pool to do lane swimming. Room was comfy, modern and clean.
Could have been more informative at reception; i.e. letting us know what hours breakfast was etc.
Friendly staff
The hotel staff, especially one woman in particular who could speak English, helped us a lot and were always friendly and polite. They even called the bus driver for the van we had arranged to pick us up at a nearby station instead of us having to travel an hour to get to where the original pick-up was in Sapa. We were frazzled after crossing the border from China so was relieved this hotel was a ten-minute drive from the border.
There was a KTV somewhere below us on the ground floor. It quieted down pretty early and didn't bother us very much, but something to keep in mind for light sleepers.
It was just the fact that everything promised on the website was delivered and that the staff were attentive as well as respecting your privacy,just straightforward and professional considering the room rate , extremely good bathroom with full size bath and enough hot water to actually enjoy it after a very chilly day in the mountains,the bed was as comfortable as they get ,loved it
