Wir waren im Sunset Flügel.Zwar teuerer,aber lohnt sich.Größe undAussicht waren super.

Frühstück wird mit Wartezeiten in den 3 Restaurants angeboten. Das japanische können wir nicht beurteilen- das im Luxus Restaurant war eher einfach und nicht besonders vielfältig, auswahlreich.

Beim Buffett gibt es Wartezeiten - das Wartesystem per Internet funktioniert aber gut. Nach Buchung hat man dann Zeit für das Bad.....
Beim Buffett sollte man dann auf einem Platz auf der Terradse oder im hinteren Raum bestehen- es sei dann man hat nichts gegen das Gebrüll von vielen Kleinkindern, sind stark vertreten. Haben in Japan bis so ca. 5 Jahren alle Freiheiten....

Cons:

Es gibt 3 Restaurants im Hotel. Zwei völlig überteuert und eins teuer bei durchaus überschaubarer Speisenauswahl. Wir waren an 4 von 6 Tagen ausserhalb essen.

Great hotel with wonderful staff
Pros:

The hotel itself was great and the staff are unbelievably kind and helpful.

Cons:

You have to book for breakfast and dinner if you are having meals at the hotel rather turn up. Don’t really expect this from a five star hotel and probably wouldn’t book again

Wonderful stay, would recommend and hope to stay there again
Pros:

The location was amazing and the staff were wonderful. I was really impressed with all of the staff but the people working on the beach area were exceptional. They were really attentive and safety conscious especially with the young children.

部屋が非常に綺麗でホテルの施設全てがラグジュアリーだった。スタッフの対応も素晴らしくまた泊まりたい。

Cons:

混雑している点もあったと思うが、部屋に案内されるまで時間がかかる。今回はチェックインから25分ほどかかった。部屋のバルコニーに蜘蛛の巣が出来ていて気になった。

Tolles Hotel in mega Location
Pros:

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer im Sunset-Wing mit je einem Zustellbett. Im Sunset-Wing ist es etwas ruhiger und das Gebäude liegt direkt am Meer mit bester Aussicht. Die Zimmer waren außergewöhnlich groß, hatten ein sehr großes Badezimmer, einen amerikanischen begehbaren Schrank und eine separate Toilette. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war einmalig!! Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig im Buffetrestaurant, die beiden anderen a la carte Möglichkeiten (westlich und asiatisch) haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Wir haben zwei Abende an der Bar gesessen, die eine sehr gemütliche Terrasse hat. Die Getränkeauswahl war sehr gut. Im Hotel gibt es eine Tauchbase, wir haben einen Tauchgang gebucht, das hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Man fährt ein kurzes Stück mit dem Boot raus. Ich habe an einem Nachmittag an der kostenlosen Yogastunde teilgenommen, die draußen mit Blick auf das Meer angeboten wurde, das war super! Fürs Schwimmen im Pool war es uns zu kalt, aber die Liegen waren sehr gemütlich, man wurde aufmerksam mit Wasser und Handtüchern versorgt, und einmal wurden gefrorene Mangostücke zur Erfrischung verteilt. Das Gym hat uns auch gut gefallen - neue Geräte, gute Ausstattung. Abends haben wir einmal im Hotel gegessen, das fanden wir überteuert und die Portionen waren sehr überschaubar. An den beiden anderen Abenden haben wir in dem Steakhaus direkt ausserhalb des Hotels gegessen, das war sehr gut. Für die Wege zum Supermarkt wird man auf Wunsch mit dem Golfkart dort hingebracht - das Highlight für unsere Kinder. Das Personal war sehr engagiert und freundlich. Mit dem Concierge habe ich im Vorfeld unseres Aufenthaltes die Abholung und den Rücktransfer zum Flughafen geplant, das hat reibungslos funktioniert. Außerdem haben wir einen mehrstündigen Ausflug mit Van und Fahrer gebucht, das hat auch sehr gut funktioniert.

Cons:

Die digitale Warteschlange für das Frühstück ist grundsätzlich eine gute Idee, allerdings betrug die Wartezeit zwischen 60 und 90 Minuten, das hat extrem genervt - zumal die Hälfte der Tische permanent unbesetzt waren.
Alle Restaurants im Hotel waren überteuert.

Perfektes Hotel um nach einer anstrengenden Japanrundreise zu entspannen

Cons:

Ab und zu muss man beim Frühstück warten, bis man an der Reihe ist; die vorgesehenen Onlinereservierung für einen Frühstücksslot funktioniert nicht richtig; aber wenn man einfach zum Restaurant geht, klappt es auch mit dem Frühstück

Highly recommend
Pros:

Stayed here for our honeymoon and the attention to detail from everything at the hotel was amazing. Staff were so friendly and considerate. Our room was amazing.

Cons:

Unfortunately all the food on site was very expensive and none of the amenities (ie tennis or snorkeling gear) was included - everything cost extra. We ended up travelling out for our meals as there were lots of local, more affordable options around the island.

Pros:

朝食がおいしかった。食事込みのプランで申し込んでいたが、インルームダイニングに使えるのではないか、と思っていたが、別口と聞いて少し残念でした。チェックアウト後の空港に向かうバスに見送りのサービスをしていただいてとてもうれしかったです。

Cons:

お部屋のバスルームの照明が明るすぎて落ち着きませんでした。
チェックインのあと、部屋に案内と設備の説明をしてもらいましたが、日本の方でなかったせいか、細かい説明がお聞きできなかったように思います。
