Pros:

Everything was clean and in order and everyone was friendly and helpful.

Pros:

It was clean, and the receptionist was phenomenal, explained grab and go breakfast l, WiFi password, exactly where my room was located and how to access it easily!!!

Cons:

The bed made a loud popping noise when you get on it, however once laid down it was comfortable

I was quite disappointed as I have stayed at ESA previously and I was expecting something other than a low budget motor

It’s an old building in need of renovation and repairs. The fridge was dirty.
