For 1 night it was ok. It served its purpose.
Pros:

Lovely location, beds were comfortable and clean

Cons:

A little worn in places-like holes in stairs, strong smell of cigarettes in corridors, and not a lot of places to sit around the pool if more than 2-3 families were there.

Bed was comfy. Perfect location, it was quiet, n staff was friendly n professional.

Cons:

The Ac barley kept it cool. Did a good bit of sweating. And the bathroom was a bit dirty n mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. And tub doesn't drain good. Maybe clean the drains

The staff was friendly. The grab and go breakfast was limited in choices but convenient, though we were unable to utilize it due to dietary restrictions.

Cons:

Evidence of some sort of bug in the room (piles of red dust all over the room). Floors were not cleaned at all (our feet/socks were dirty as soon as we removed our shoes). Both beds had dirt and hair on the sheets. Marijuana and cigarette smoke came through our vents all night long from one of the neighboring rooms.

A lot of people hanging around outside their rooms made us a little uneasy because it was me and my daughter but I understand they probably live there

Was disappointed with my stay; it was a shame in just how filthy it was

Room 116 smelled like pee, mold on ceiling over the bed, ice bucket was filthy with what looked like old butter in the bottom.

Upon checkin I send my boys to go put bags in room while I wait on 2nd room key to get made and behold my son lifted the coverers to get ready to lay down and a crack pipe case with blood on it was under the coverers. WTH that is unacceptable and definitely a health issue I will be reporting this innocent and taking actions

Pros:

The staff were very nice and helpful. That’s the only good thing about this place.

Cons:

When we pulled up the cops were there never a good sign. The office was nice and clean and staff were nice. The room was small and cramped. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. The room smelled….the walls and floors were filthy. Shady people walking the parking lot….not a good environment. We were passing through traveling back to Texas after picking up an elderly family member. Requested a bottom floor room but was told all that was available was a 3rd floor room that was quite a walk from the elevator which made it harder on our family member. Key didn’t work and had to stand outside the room for about 10 minutes waiting….one of the residents let us use a chair for him to sit and wait…will not recommend to anyone.
