Pros:

Should have stayed at a travel lodge
Pros:

The location was good and Essam was lovely. I liked the shower set up but less pressure than I'm used to.

Cons:

The tea and coffee facility was lacking as plenty of tea and sugar but barely any milk or coffee. The bed was too hard and had a person sized indentation so didn't sleep well. There is paint coming away from the walls in several places and the towel provided was way too small for a grown man of over 6ft.

Good property for a solo traveller looking to explore Bute Park + central Cardiff
Pros:

The property is located in a nice area of Cardiff right near Bute Park, perfect for a morning walk or run. The host was communicative and greeted me on arrival. The bed was comfortable, and the tea/coffee/kettle/biscuits/chocolate provided in the room were appreciated. Free parking on the street right outside. I attended a football match at Cardiff City Stadium, and this was only a 25 minute walk from the property which was fantastic as I avoided the traffic queues trying to park near the pitch.

Cons:

The bathroom is very small/narrow; it was manageable but could be difficult for a larger person to access the shower. The inside of the property is a little run down in areas, but I did not have any concerns regarding cleanliness.

Excellent facilities, just needs a bit better customer service.
Pros:

This property was well kept, was very clean and had no major issues. The bed was exceptional, and the shower was really good.

Cons:

Although the owner was a very nice man, he did disturb quite often for multiple different reasons. Housekeeping also walked in without knocking in the morning which was a big surprise.

Pros:

What a lovely stay! Our host was so attentive, and the room was lovely. We were even offered a bigger room on arrival. The little touches like chocolates and water were appreciated too. Lovely location, close to everything we needed. We'll definitely book again

Convenient place to stay with large rooms and good facilities
Pros:

Host is very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
Use of full kitchen.
Large room with sofa as well as desk and bed. Water, tea, coffee and chocolate provided.
Great location right by the park.

Cons:

Bit tatty round the edges.
Cleaning in the more hidden areas.
Common areas felt very studenty.
