Very neat & clean budget hotel. I have stayed here multiple times. Staff are helpful & friendly. Good travel connections (close to Elizabeth line Ilford Station).

I really appreciated the fast wifi. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was really nice!
The room was a little bit smaller than expected.
The worst accommodation I could ever get! On booking it says 8.1 score, not this score at all! Unacceptably dirty, bad smell in the room, cracked and extremely dirty walls, urine smell on the carpet. I paid the £15 fee because I was late, nothing to complain about! I entered the room, encountered these problems, there was no way to sleep, and then I left the room. The next morning I came back, I didn't find anyone at the reception and I left the key at the check out faster.
Exceptional stay from start to finish! Fantastic location, incredibly friendly staff, and spotless, comfortable rooms. The service went above and beyond our expectations. 10/10—would definitely stay here again! Big thanks to Mr. Sunny.
The location was great, with shops nearby and, most importantly, the Elizabeth line, which made it very easy to get to central London in less than an hour.
The owner was very kind and helpful, giving us clear directions on how to get there and recommending good and affordable restaurants in the area. We also needed to leave our luggage at reception for about an hour while we went to grab something to eat, and he was very understanding and accommodating.
The lady taking care of the rooms was also very kind and attentive, asking us if we needed anything and making sure we had everything we needed.
The only small downside was that the room felt a little small for 4 people, but overall we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. We really appreciated how welcoming and helpful everyone was throughout our visit.

An excellent budget hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Short walk to Ilford tube station Elizabeth line.
