Bett war durchgesesen, kein Schloss an der Tür zum WC, Fliesen mit Panzerband befestigt, Duschbrause kaputt, überall Flecken auf dem Teppich die zum Teil mit einem neuen abgedeckt wurden.

Pros:

Was nice and close to Ilford Station, the hotel owner was very friendly and gave us good recommendations on what to do and eat nearby, definitely a 5 star on his reception

Cons:

Needs a bit refurbishing and more care for cleaning details, there was lots of stains and some places needed maintenance but can’t expect much for the price. Also the floor was very squeaky, but i suppose thats standard on uk houses

Great stay
Pros:

The host was very friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with the shower and he arrived to resolve the problem within 5 mins of contacting him.
The room itself was comfortable and warm, comfortable bed and powerful shower, clean room. Complimentary tea and coffee with kettle on the room.

Cons:

Would have liked a microwave in the room, which i did see in the photos, however i think the room we paid for does not include but others in the hotel may well do. And host may well have provided one if we had requested.
Other than that, everything was perfect
