The staff was friendly & the beds were comfy.
A bit out dated, but we didn’t spend much time there. We were on the first floor & there were children in the room above us running & jumping until around 1 am and then again in the morning around 7. Breakfast was okay
La piscina
It was all okay
Leaving trash bad wide open right next to pool because staff was to lazy to take.to dumpster trying swim and it smells nasty and brought flys and bugs gross
The atmosphere was great. Friendly staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
N/A
The property was clean and felt safe. The day staff was very friendly and welcoming.
The bedding was damp and the card readers weren’t working and I don’t carry cash so we were unable to purchase drinks and snacks. The night staff seemed annoyed with our arrival.
Our room was great, decent size, yes the bathrooms are on the smaller side but I'd rather more space in the room than bathroom. The staff was great and helpful and listened to my daughters stories after we went to Holiday World each day.
The breakfast was ok, not bad but just ok.
The location, the pool
Breakfast, very limited choice.
The location was fine. The breakfast was also fine. The room rates were some of the best in the area. A couple of large tables in the lobby for the kids to play games on.
Spending half an hour cleaning ants out of my family members' bag and vehicle because cupcakes were left on the table in their room overnight. The faucet knob on the shower separating from the fixture, leaving my wife unable to shower in our room.
We were visiting due to a family emergency. It was easy and affordable to book on our drive to Indiana. We booked for 3 nights and only needed one. General Manager, Tom, helped us get a refund for the second two nights. We ended up having to go back to Indiana the next week for the funeral and booked there again due to the great customer service. It was affordable, easy to book, easy to check in/out, and in a good location. We will book here again next time we are up visiting family. Big thank you to Tom for everything he did for us during our trying time!
The only downside was the room temperature. It wouldnt go below 68° and i am a very hot sleeper. I didn't sleep well because of that.
We enjoyed having breakfast included. The location was great for us and you can walk to some of the local sights and parks.
I had a hard time sleeping during my stay due to the room’s air quality and high humidity. The room felt damp and stuffy, and there didn’t seem to be proper ventilation or dehumidification. Despite keeping the windows closed and the AC on, the air still felt heavy, and I found it difficult to breathe comfortably.
It’s unfortunate because other aspects of the stay (e.g., cleanliness, staff, location) were fine, but the uncomfortable air made it hard to rest properly. I hope management considers improving the air circulation or investing in dehumidifiers for the rooms.
