Please be advised the property water park is open on a seasonal basis (weather permitting) from mid-March through September. Please call the hotel directly concerning dates outside this range.

Everything was great! The rooms are very nice. The bunk beds are wonderful. The staff and food was very good. We had 4 girls 8 to 18 and all of them had the best time. The pizza family meal was worth it. The location is perfect, you are in the middle of everything.
The bathroom in our room was tight but I know it was because we had the 4 bunks. The other rooms have bigger bathrooms.
Allura was an amazing server! Friendly and attentive! Good food, nice rooms, all around great resort! Will definitely be back!
Allura was very pleasant and provided exceptional service. She made our visit great! Her sunny disposition and enjoyable banter made our breakfast experience one worth coming back for.
"Our stay at Country Cascades was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! The highlight was definitely the Shipwreck Bay indoor waterpark—it kept the kids entertained for hours, and the water was the perfect temperature. The room was clean, modern, and surprisingly quiet for a family resort. We stayed in the Country Tower and loved having the extra space. Another huge plus is the location; we were able to walk to The Island for dinner and shopping, which saved us so much hassle with parking. A special shoutout to the staff at Granny Cluckett’s—the breakfast was delicious and the service made us feel like family. If you’re looking for a place in Pigeon Forge that has everything you need on-site, this is it. We are already planning our next trip back!"
Had an amazing breakfast at Grant Cluckets, thanks to Allura and Sebastian! Pancakes were great! Very friendly staff.
Allura was an amazing server! She was so kind and patient with our kids. She did an amazing job! This made our experience so meaningful and we will return.
We had the family feast at Granny Cluckers. The best part of the meal was the server, Allura. She was by herself, waiting on 7 tables. She apologized for the wait but it wasn't long. She never seemed upset or flustered. The food was good but we thought it was never ending. She also apologized for that and explained they stopped it a while back. We will eat there again because of the hospitality!
Allura was a great server. The food was good.Our rooms were comfortable and warm during the snow storm. She shared stories and made us feel at home! 10/10 would recommend.
The best part of my stay was eating at the Granny restaurant. My server Allura was so helpful getting everything that kept us comfortable and happy while eating
We loved our stay. We had breakfast in Granny clickers. Or waited was fantastic her name was Allura. Ask for her if you want a great waitress.
It was clean and you didn't have to leave the property because it had everything to do for the kids.
The building weren't connected and it was freezing walking back and forth.
We went for my daughter’s birthday and it was fantastic. I don’t know if it’s because it was January or because of the snow storm that was heading towards but the place was not very busy. We had the water park to ourselves several times during our stay and the staff was extremely friendly! We will be going back!
Our first visit to Country Cascades. The King suite with soak tub, high ceilings, view of the Smokies… You don’t need to leave - tons of food options and activities, indoor Waterpark with super fun slides, etc.
Allura was our waitress at Granny Clucket’s for a delicious brunch!
Rock got to ride an indoor waterslide for the first time EVER!!! Look at that smile! (See photo)
Oh and the Gift shop has some great gifts!!

I would say the room could have been cleaner. The pull out couch was not really cleaned properly or had not been vacuumed out in a quite awhile.
Friendly staff rooms was clean and stocked. The indoor water park was definitely a hit for my kids since it was cold and they love to swim. We will be back to enjoy the summer!!!
The activities wasn’t as the schedule said. Which was ok but we never got to see the characters. It would be nice to have them out for bed time for a story.
