Family vacation of 4
Pros:

Hotel is nice, but a bit overpriced. Breakfast at Granny Clucketts is priced extremely fair at $35 to feed a family of 4, our server Allura was great. Pizza at the hotel was good and priced decent when buying the meal deal for $50 (2 pizzas, 2 salads &4 cookies). The “watering hole bar” is a metal rack with basic alcohol. However, the hotel has missed opportunities with needed updates. Our room alone has definitely been needing cosmetic attention for sometime. The 7th floor vending machine is out of order, next closest is the 3rd floor. (Thankfully my wife over packs and we have an abundance of snacks). There is a community microwave on each floor, I feel it would be beneficial to have one in each room. Especially if you're paying for a "family penthouse". Our room refrigerator was missing all the shelving rods so you couldn’t utilize the door at all. There was no option on the TVs for subtitles, which I find very strange and inconvenient. Housekeeping was prompt and thorough. Overall, the water parks are pretty nice, the kids activities are cool, food is good. Arcade is mediocre with multiple games not on or working.

Vacation 2026
Pros:

We had the best time! We have came here three years now and everytime it's like the first. The staff is very helpful and nice. We got our belly's full with tasty breakfast, lunch and dinner options here and even enjoyed some sweet treats all without having to leave the resort! My kids loved the water park and arcade as well as the dance party. It is safe to say, we'll be back.

Would book again
Pros:

Overall a really good trip. I chose to pre-purchase a value pass and meals. I would definitely do this again, but without breakfast. The pizza place, coffee bar, candy shop, ice cream shop, and walking taco stand were wonderful.

If your child is under 13 they will not be able to enter any section of the park without a parent. Both outdoor and indoor parks had good quality entertainment.
I will say thay the park does appear at times to be under staffed. Many employees covering multiple stations often causing a slight delay in being helped. However, their kindness, helpfulness, and politeness was on point so I didn't mind waiting a few extra minutes.

Cabanas: We rented an outdoor Cabana. Upon arrival, the cabana area had not been swept or cleaned from the day before. This was disappointing, as we saw left over juice boxes, chips, ear plugs.
Due to weather they did allow us to switch to an indoor cabana. This was LOVELY! wonderful furniture, clean, fridge, fan, and outlets. The indoor area does have a chlorine smell, however it is not overwhelming (and I am super smell sensitive).
While the rooms are dated, the Beds were comfy and the room clean

I think it is over priced, water slide was down while there, room smelled terrible.
Pros:

The staff was friendly, the parking was plentiful, the bed was comfortable. Ice cream shop was okay. Elevators worked!

Cons:

The room smelled mildew and moldy. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash was empty in the shower. The air would not stay on it continued to click off every few minutes. Took my family for a weekend getaway and the outdoor waterslides were not in use when we checked in or the next day, which is upsetting since that was the whole reason I chose this resort. Someone broke the step on the ladder to get in the pool on the deeper side and left the parts just laying around, I picked them up and put them together. Their was a lady sitting in the kiddie pool indoor waterpark side doped out and acting very uneasy. I did not like that. I paid for a balcony room pool view and got a view of an old run down house that was for sale on the back side of the resort. Ice machine was broken.
