Allura in the breakfast as a server was phenomenal she was great very professional and on point
Also we had an issue with our room and Gabby up front was super nice about it and worked VERY hard to get it fixed and done well made our experience go from possibly a bad experience to an absolutely great experience Gabby is the best of the best
Allure was great for breakfasts. Also Kelly who I’m guessing is the manager is just amazing and is sure that every aspect of your stay is amazing.
Allura was a fantastic server and Sebastian’s cooking was amazing!

Absolutely amazing! Not perfect,but very close! Everyone is friendly and helpful. We ate breakfast downstairs at their restaurant and our waitress Allura was amazing always smiling and very friendly. My daughter got to build a buddy in the gift shop called the outpost. She also got to do the gem mining and Jennifer in the outpost again is absolutely amazing made us feel so comfortable that you’d think we were family friends. I think we spent everyday in the indoor Waterpark and the employees were great at keeping an eye and making sure everyone is safe! We loved adding on to our stay the vacation starter package because the refillable mugs were a money saver! Also they do crafts, glitter tattoos and a dance party every night! Which helped wear out our daughter right before bed time. The arcade and duck pin bowling is so awesome if you stay here you honestly won’t have to leave to find fun adventures! We will definitely be coming back and we already can not wait!
I had a great time with my family , went on my last day to get breakfast at Granny Cluckets it was DELICIOUS. Thank you Kay, adrene, and Daniela for cooking , and our servers Allura and bri for the great service. Rooms are decent ours did have a smell to it but the beds are very comfy. It was also cool to have 2 tvs & a beautiful Mountain View. My daughter is four it was just perfect for her without being too overwhelming . We came during the week which is probably why there was less people it was nice to have chairs at the pool. Pigeon forge is sooo cute my daughter loved seeing the “castles”on the drive to the resort. Things are a little pricey but you can have a great time without purchasing all the passes.
This place is great for family kid fun. Everyone was so nice and there is alot for the kids to do. It so kid oriented and just overall fun experience! We will be back for sure.

I loved how maintained it was & how well they took care of their pools .. and I absolutely loved that they have a play area for littles my little boy had an absolute blast!!!
There wasn’t much I didn’t like. Everything was great!!
The walking tacos were great!! They have a great arcade with bowling and racing games, and for the kids they had a dance party. The dance party leader, Ty, was super engaging and fun and the kids loved her. When were able to save up for a little mini vacation in our neighboring tourist town again, we’ll definitely choose this place again.
We have had a wonderful visit. There are restaurants on site with good deals. I recommend getting the refillable cup if you’re staying more than one night. There is a family meal pass that’s pretty great too. Allura was such a wonderful hostess , just one of the great staff that work here.
This place is amazing. Very friendly customer service. The food is great. The location is around so many fun things to do.
