Important information:

Please be advised the property water park is open on a seasonal basis (weather permitting) from mid-March through September. Please call the hotel directly concerning dates outside this range.

Please note that a maximum of 8 rooms may be booked by a guest at one time. Contact hotel for details.

The properties require the credit card holder to present proper ID and the credit/debit card used to pay the first night's deposit at check-in.

Please note that parking during car shows is limited to 1 parking space per room. Contact the property for more information.

Very clean, pool area very nice, lifeguards were great, staff was very nice! Love that indoor pool area is open until 11 pm. Will definitely come here again!

Pros:

The staff who I spoke with were averagely helpful.

Cons:

My reservation was cancelled a day before arrival due to a "system outage". I was emailed and promised a refund and future free night.. Refund took 2 weeks and still no free night certificate received.

Great Mother’s Day weekend well spent!
Pros:

We enjoyed the amenities, location, and the time shared with our families.

Cons:

The bed was too firm for our liking. Check out is at 10am and to extend until 11am is $56.23 or until 12pm $112. I do understand this is a resort but you can’t check in until 3pm or 4pm and to have those steep fees is absolutely ridiculous. Checkout should be 11am at least.

Pros:

Location, bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Upon arrival we had three yellow jackets in our room and my daughter is highly allergic and she had trouble getting comfortable after that being scared there were more in the room.
Also a child had urinated on the side of the hot tub and staff was notified and after an hour no one showed up to clean it and the parents took it upon themselves to stand there and warn others.
I hate the outdoor pool wasn’t open either, last time we were there in March it was open but I guess since the indoor was built it don’t open till later but it’s 80 degrees and would have been amazing to utilize

We enjoyed the weekend stay and will definitely be staying here again in the future.
Pros:

Excellent location, Lots to do for small children, went on Mother's Day weekend so the outdoor part was not open but the indoor area was very nice and user friendly. Also, all staff were very friendly.

Birthday Fun for my 9 year old
Pros:

The location is great. Right off the parkway.

Cons:

The pool was cloudy. They closed down the small slides to open the big ones. There isn't a closed walk way to the other building. The other building are just rooms. If you were to need anything you would have to walk over to the other building.
