The dance party nightly was excellent with Tye. My son is an adult special needs and this was an highlight to his day.
Check out time needs changed until 11am. The shower curtain needs changed or replaced.

Very dated rooms our couch was gross told them and no one came to even look at the couch.
Great location! So many things to do inside of the resort.
We didn’t realize it was more centered around children, but we did have a good stay!

The rooms were clean the staff was very friendly
Our first room was on the 3rd floor and immediately smelled like mildew. Once we got to the room, the dresser drawers were open and the dresser was in the middle of the room. The bedding was damp, there was mold covering both mattresses with no mattress protector. The sofa cushions were also covered in mold. There was a dirty sock and old hotel bracelet in the sheets.
The staff was amazing! Tons of activities for kids, the pools and slides was fun, was clean and everyone was just so friendly.
Indoor pool was cold and there isnt anywhere shallow inside for littles to sit/stand and splash.
Property is in a good location, very central.
We were in the 2nd building, there was no wifi signal. And no service for us Verizon people. The pillow case had a nasty blood looking stain on it. We killed a cockroach and a spider.
The location was very convenient to everything. The beds were comfortable. We always had new towels which was very refreshing after a day out or swimming.
The shows weren't really a show. Never was a crowd for any of them. They were kinda boring. I chose a mountain view and there was barely anything to see for the mountain.
We love staying here it is always wonderful.
