Please be advised the property water park is open on a seasonal basis (weather permitting) from mid-March through September. Please call the hotel directly concerning dates outside this range.

We recently stayed for 3 nights at Country Cascades for a family get away. My children ages 5 & 7 loved the waterpark, arcade and dance party. Their absolute favorite thing about the resort was the bunkbeds. The staff members were all very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent. The rooms were clean & we will 100% be back.
Staff was friendly, lots to do on site
I didn't like having to close slides every other hour. I understand why it was done for staffing purposes but It wasn't fun for my kids if we showed up at the wrong time and they got to slide on the big slides for 10 minutes and then had to wait an hour because they closed the big slides to open the small slides
This resort is clean and runs like a well oiled machine. The activities all day for the kids is great because I don't have to plan a lot. The food and sweet treats are great and the coffee shop is delicious! There is a good variety of food on site and the family meal card is definitely worth it. One of the best parts is the adventure passes for the kids! The indoor and outdoor pools are equally fantastic so it doesn't matter what time of year you go!
We had such a wonderful stay at Country Cascades Waterpark Resort in Pigeon Forge! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel is exceptionally well managed and truly focused on creating a great guest experience.
The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Cathy at the front desk was especially helpful and informative — she made check-in smooth, answered all our questions, and gave us great tips about the area. She genuinely seemed to care that we had the best possible stay.
We also have to give a special shoutout to Renea in the coffee shop. She was fantastic! Not only was she warm and friendly every morning, but we noticed she seemed to be working in multiple areas around the hotel throughout our stay. No matter where we saw her, she had a smile on her face and was always helping guests. Her positive attitude really stood out and made our mornings even better.
This hotel is extremely family friendly. The atmosphere is welcoming, the amenities are perfect for kids and adults alike, and you can tell they go the extra mile to make families feel comfortable and entertained.
The location is another huge plus — it’s right in the heart of everything, making it easy to get to attractions, restaurants, and shopping without a long drive.
Overall, Country Cascades is clean, organized, and clearly very well run. The combination of great management, an unbeatable location, and outstanding staff like Cathy and Renea makes this a place we will absolutely return to. Highly recommend for families visiting Pigeon Forge!

Allura provided a great experience for our breakfast meal at Granny Cluckets. She was prompt, friendly and helpful with any questions I had. She kept our table clean and drinks filled. Great experience.
Had breakfast Granny Cluckets with Allura as our server. Both the food and service was great! Will definitely be back soon!
