Disinfect the Hotel.
Pros:

The room was comfortable and roomy.

Cons:

It was very noisy from the nearby freeway. Earplugs did not solve it. The facility did not look like I have come to expect of a Marriot property. It looked rundown or that they had purchased someone else's property. There was at least one bug on the bed near my pillows. I was too tired to move rooms. at 3am I woke to a bug on my face. That was it. I left.

I've never had an issue with a Marriot property before.

Good Hotel
Pros:

Nice hotel. Check in was quick and easy. Nice room; clean and well maintained. Breakfast was okay...not a lot of selections, but good enough.

The location is a little off of 470, but actually easy to get to. Lots of dining options in the area.

We will stay here again.

Everything was excellent
Pros:

We really liked the layout of of the suite. There were french doors dividing the bedroom area from the rest of the room. We have a teenager with so it was perfect for him to sleep while we moved around

Nice employees and a place to rest, I guess.
Pros:

Multiple entrances. Employees were kind. My room was very spacious.

Cons:

Front doors were not operating. Had to use door in dining area to check in. The a/c units are not in the rooms. The first night I was there it was very cold in the room. Used a hair dryer and a cup of coffee to warm myself up so I could fall asleep.

Sleeps in Topeka.
Pros:

Convenient & quiet location.

Cons:

Room’s AC did not cool room off. We were uncomfortable most of the night and didn’t get a good night sleep.

The wifi network there is not secure and I was not able to work while I was there. I work in Healthcare so everything has to be done over secure internet.

1 nighter opinion
Pros:

Location was great, staff was exceptional and friendly, room was good size. Bed was as described and the full kitchen amenities were much appreciated. The pool was nice and clear. Loved all the colorful decor and the consistency throughout the building.

Cons:

It was 92 outside when we arrived and the doors were standing open, no ac in the common areas so hot and stuffy while unloading, the room did not have the zero entry shower shown on the website so was unable to use the shower. Overall room was in fairly good shape just small details are consistently overlooked, missing paint on the feature wall, caulking peeling, carpet borders unloading from the wall and stuff spilled in the fridge. And lastly, I know how expensive black top can run but fix the parking lot please.

Excellent and Quiet place to stay with real comfortable beds.
Pros:

I have stayed at numerous locations in Topeka. This was the most secure I have felt in a hotel as well as I did not smell the obnoxious odor of weed in the hallways like I have noticed in the other places in the same area. Overall, the bed was extremely comfortable and I had everything I needed.
