Downtown location. Easy to find. Very quiet room. Comfy bed. Thank you.

Small, dated room. Tough to lay out all luggage. Bathtub has a sinking problem. Support underneath may need to be repaired.

The hotel is in a great location, but walls and ceiling are thin allowing outside noise.
Pros:

The location is convenient to downtown and within a decent price range. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The breakfast is just breads. Whomever was above us apparently ran laps all night Saturday, which is out of the hands of staff, but still an annoyance.

I had a thoroughly delightful stay and would have no qualms about staying here again.
Pros:

There's a bench-shaped seating area, covered evenly and entirely with a plush cushion, just outside the bathroom, perfect for dressing. The heater seemed to be "asleep" or in an inert state on the first night of my stay, so the room was chilly, but once I alerted maintenance to the problem, they fixed it immediately. The property is within walking distance of shops and restaurants on Palafox Place. And the price is certainly agreeable, especially when compared to other places downtown.

Cons:

The motel didn't have a guest laundry.
