There's a bench-shaped seating area, covered evenly and entirely with a plush cushion, just outside the bathroom, perfect for dressing. The heater seemed to be "asleep" or in an inert state on the first night of my stay, so the room was chilly, but once I alerted maintenance to the problem, they fixed it immediately. The property is within walking distance of shops and restaurants on Palafox Place. And the price is certainly agreeable, especially when compared to other places downtown.
The motel didn't have a guest laundry.
Did not have time for breakfast
The room had a little bit of a bad smell to it
Security and my privacy,
Hilly property
Friendly staff. Location. Breakfast.

Would like to have waffles for breakfast
Excellent location, the stuff and the cleanest
The front desk personal there were racist with us, just only because we are latin people, the lady that helped me told me in form discrimination that you don't understand becouse you don't speak English I told her, I speak English. That's was rude and racist
The attitude racist of the front desk personal
I didn't do breakfast.
I had a roach in my room and I told the front desk staff and she just said ok.
Breakfast wanted a warm breakfast but understood it was under construction
If you don't want to spend the money on a hotel by the beach, this is the place to stay in Pensacola. Very nice stroll to the heart of downtown. Staff were very helpful. Room was very clean and modern. Breakfast was good, especially the attendant who greeted us with a smile. I didn't need to ask for anything, but was sure she would have been helpful. We will definitely be staying here again for our next trip. Don't hesitate to stay here if you're looking for a cheaper option. Drive to the beach is super easy. Really glad we found this place.
Can't think of anything we didn't like. Just a solid little place. Nothing "fancy", but just what we were looking for.
Didn't have to wait for hot water. Convenient parking.
Less than optimal breakfast options.
Located right in the heart of downtown Pensacola, the motel is just north of that delightful shopping promenade on Palafox Place, where there are plenty of boutiques, bars, and restaurants. It's within walking distance. Not too far from the Bay Center or the beaches, either.
Sadly, I was charged twice for my room, for a two-day stay. I had already prepaid through booking.com, but the front desk clerk, apparently not realizing this, charged me again. Upon bringing this up, I was told that my money would be refunded. But as of checkout date, well no, not yet.
